Each phone includes a display sign and works for over 20 hours on battery or continuous power via outlet. After the event, keep your FêteFone as a meaningful keepsake.     Meaningful & so COOL!

    What a sweet concept! We got a beautiful phone in the mail with plenty of time to set up, and especially having older family and long-distance friends at our wedding, there is nothing more special than having their voices recorded forever. Such a cute addition that the guests loved! We accompanied this audio-guestbook with custom playing cards for those who wanted to physically write us notes as well. It turned out absolutely perfect!

    Absolutely worth it!!

    We were initially drawn to FêteFone because it was such a fun and different idea—but I had no idea just how meaningful it would become. Hearing our grandparents’ voices, our best friends cracking up, and even the sweet slurred messages from our dance floor crew—it all made us laugh and cry in the best way. The setup was truly plug-and-play. We now keep our vintage mint-green FêteFone displayed on a shelf at home, and every so often we pick up the receiver just to relive that joy.     Was so easy to use and such a special memory! My husband and I loved listening to all of our favorite people leave messages and relive the day through them!

FêteFone is a unique audio guestbook that lets guests at your wedding or other special event send wishes with the sound of their voice. FêteFone takes the place of a traditional guestbook, allowing guests to record voicemail messages instead of writing notes. At your event, guests just pick up the handset on a telephone you’ve selected, hear a greeting you’ve pre-recorded and leave their message after the tone.
The name FêteFone is a combination of fête, meaning a lavish party, and our shortened version of the word for telephone. Developed by event planners, FêteFone truly is a “party phone” for all occasions! How do you pronounce FêteFone? Since we were founded in the United States, we typically use the American pronunciation of fête, which has a short e and rhymes with “bet.” Kind of like “Fet-phone.” In the United Kingdom and many other English-speaking countries, fête is pronounced just like fate, leading to “Fate-phone.”
We suggest placing your order as soon as possible to secure your preferred style of FêteFone. Since FêteFone is yours to keep, you can order it at any stage in the planning process. That being said, our expedited shipping options allow you to place an order as little as 3 days before your event date, if necessary.
Everything you need is included with your FêteFone order! If you would like to use the power adapter with your FêteFone, you would need a standard power outlet or extension cord that’s within about 5 feet of your FêteFone. Otherwise, you can use the included battery pack to place your FêteFone anywhere! FêteFone is completely self-contained, requiring no telephone line, cell phone connection, internet or wifi. There are no finicky apps or technical skills required.
Yes. At your event, guests just pick up the handset on a telephone you’ve selected, hear a greeting you’ve pre-recorded and leave their message after the tone. It’s just like leaving a voicemail, only simpler—FêteFone connects the “call” automatically, with no dialing required.
