This business started when we created a seating chart and memory board for our own wedding. We quickly realized how much a beautiful display can standout and add to a wedding. We also realized that after the big day, seating charts just sit around the house and take up space, which is why we concluded why not rent out elegant seating charts/ memory boards while providing customization, and same day of the event delivery/ pick up! Our goal is to make weddings feel even more special with pieces that are elegant, memorable, and meaningful for the couple and their guests!

What sets forever boards co. apart from other rentals is that the boards being made are made solely between the owners-husband and wife. The owners have a passion for building custom boards that may jaw drop your guests when finding their seat in your love story!

    Forever Boards Co. was a fantastic vendor for our wedding. Their communication throughout the process was quick, friendly, and incredibly organized. Yes we can! It will be a little more expensive than renting the board/boards we already have but we would be happy to custom build one that matches your vision and we can either rent it out to you still or it can be purchased!
Yes! We change all of that for you and add your final seating chart on the plexiglass for you !
Yes we require a 30% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is due one month prior to event date.
Yes! We want to work with our couples and make sure the process is simple and not so expensive all at once so we accept payments and will establish payment dates and how much with the couple. We are flexible.
At this time we are accepting Zelle only.
Yes! We are currently working on one right now! And we desire to make more designs in the future so that there’s a variety of options for customers to rent out!
First you will inquire, once we review your date of the event, and how many guests you will have, we provide you a final quote. Once you accept and sign the contract/ give a 30% deposit, we then draft up your board on our software and send it to you so that you may see how it looks! We give you a couple of different font options that you can choose from for your seating chart on the plexiglass!
We require your final seating chart to be sent to us 1 month prior to the event date ( the sooner the better) so that we may perfect your seating chart boards!
