Honeypost is a New Mexico–based wedding and event rental company specializing in elegant handcrafted wood statement pieces. We combine white-glove service with timeless rental designs to create ceremonies that feel warm, intentional, and uniquely personal. From romantic arches to custom décor, our goal is to help every couple design a wedding that feels beautifully authentic and unforgettable.

What sets us apart is our focus on handcrafted solid wood statement pieces that bring warmth, character, and intention into every ceremony and event. Unlike mass-produced décor, our rentals are designed to feel timeless, elevated, and authentic in both indoor and outdoor settings. We also prioritize a true white-glove experience — from communication and delivery, to setup and styling guidance — so couples can feel supported throughout the process.     Seriously such a great experience

    Way better than we expected. We eloped over the weekend 2 weeks ago, but still wanted it to feel really special, so we headed up to the mountains in Tijeras. The wood stands looked amazing and Honeypost was super helpful by setting up the red roses we bought for the stands. Simple but perfect for us.

    Beautiful and exactly what we were looking for!

    I came across Honeypost on instagram, and fell in love with the wood rentals! I was keeping my eye on all the progress; the owner, Jaxson, was actively hand making all the rentals and had just finished the arch, so I decided to reach out and book for this upcoming fall! Jaxson was so sweet and easy to talk to. We are having a backyard wedding with only 60 people. The wedding arch and pedestals are exactly what we were looking for. Something simple, beautiful, and unique. We almost went with an online arch, but they looked way too flimsy and cheap. Honeypost’s rentals are solid as a rock! And the arch is big! lol definitely excited to have these pieces be the statement piece for our ceremony.

    I rented out the two beautiful doors from Honeypost. It was honestly last minute - they made me feel like I was not asking them to pull off the impossible. Showed up bright and early to set up! They gave us instructions on what to do and when to call. In the end I have recommended them to multiple clients! Husband and Wife Team. Great Customer Service. Beautiful Craftsmanship.

Our pieces are handcrafted from solid wood – not plastic or lightweight materials – giving your event a more elevated, natural, and timeless look. Each item is built for both beauty and durability, creating a high-end feel that stands out in person and in photos.
All rentals include white-glove service: delivery, professional set up, and breakdown. We take care of the logistics, so your event runs smoothly and stress-free.
Our rentals are intended to be a beautiful foundation for your event design. Florals and additional decor are not included, giving you and your florist, full creative freedom to style each piece to your vision.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and weekends. Because our inventory is curated and limited, popular pieces, and dates can book quickly.
We are based in Albuquerque, NM and serve all of New Mexico. Travel outside our standard service area may have a travel fee.
A signed contract and a 30% retainer are required to officially secure your date. Availability is first come, first serve served basis.
Our pieces are sealed and built to handle outdoor use, but we always recommend having a back up plan for weather. We’re happy to coordinate any necessary adjustments to your setup.
