    Simply Elegant

    I had the pleasure of working with Miss Belle Event Nanny for a client’s wedding in April 2026, and they were fantastic!     First ever daycare experience for an 18 month old

    Our 18-month-old had his very first “day care” experience during the wedding ceremony and dinner, and it went better than we could have hoped. I dropped him off right before the ceremony in the groomsmen suite where his dad was still getting ready, which made the transition feel familiar and comfortable. After the ceremony, his dad popped in to check on him and grab his things, and our son was happily preoccupied playing with the wonderful nannies, Holley and Rene. He spent the evening playing alongside another one-year-old, even sharing some of his snacks and toys. When we both came to pick him up at the end of the night, it suddenly dawned on him that he hadn’t seen us for a few hours and he instantly burst into tears, reaching straight for his mama. After a long hug and a few minutes of crying into my shoulder, he calmed down, and the three of us headed back to the reception together to dance the rest of the night away. It was such a comforting first experience knowing he was safe, happy, and well cared for while we celebrated.

    We didn't know that was Noah's first childcare experience because he had such a great time! He was a darling boy with lots of curious energy and loved exploring the room and playing with the different toys. We were so happy when he buddied up with little TJ. Our experiences include 2 professional nannies and care for up to 8 children under age 10, maintaining a safe 4:1 child-to-nanny ratio. Additional nannies are available at $45 per hour each, allowing us to accomodate 4 additional children under age 10 per nanny.
Yes! Additional package hours are available at $135 per hour. We can also create a custom timeline if one of our standard experiences doesn't quite fit your event.
Enhancements can be added based on your event and the ages of the children attending, including: • White Castle Bounce House W/ Ball Pit: $95 with booked childcare • Junior Attendant Assistance: $15 per child • Noise-Reducing Headphone Rental: $5 per child • Dual Indoor + Outdoor Setup: $110 Our White Castle bounce house is also available as a standalone rental for $125 for 3 hours, with additional time at $25 per hour.
Yes. Our nannies are all experienced caregivers who are CPR + First Aid certified and background-checked, and Miss Belle carries general liability insurance for event childcare.
Yes! Infant care is available upon request for children 18 months and under. We'll confirm ages and care needs ahead of time so we can plan appropriate staffing and setup.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you know you'd like childcare, especially furring the Spring and Fall or other popular wedding dates. Availability depends on staffing and your event details, but we're always happy to check your date even if your wedding is approaching.
Miss Belle Event Nanny primarily serves weddings and events throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We're also open to select events outside DFW depending on the location, timeline, and staffing needs. Reach out with your venue details and we'll be happy to confirm availability.
