Champagne Petals is a Kansas City–based floral design studio specializing in timeless, romantic florals for weddings and special events. With over 13 years of experience in the wedding and events industry, we create thoughtful, cohesive floral designs that beautifully complement each celebration. From bouquets and ceremony installations to reception florals, every detail is intentionally designed with your vision in mind. Our goal is to provide a seamless, personalized experience from the first conversation through your wedding day. Now booking 2027 weddings in Kansas City and beyond.

With over 13 years of experience in weddings and events, I bring more than floral design to the table. My background in event planning allows me to look at your wedding as a whole—considering the venue, design, guest experience, logistics, and all the little details that bring everything together. I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings so each couple receives a personalized, hands-on experience. My goal is to create timeless, elevated florals while making the process feel seamless, thoughtful, and enjoyable from start to finish.

    Birthday party flowers

    Samantha has done flowers for my daughter’s birthday parties and each time blows me away. Rather you are wanting something small or large, she can do it all. Her flowers are my favorite decor piece for parties!

Based in Kansas City, we travel throughout the region—from KC to Branson, Tulsa, Wichita, and everywhere in between. Planning a celebration a little farther away? We’re happy to travel beyond these areas for an additional travel fee.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 9 months before their big day.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. Also, if you plan on using your own containers, please bring them so we can evaluate and give you an accurate quote based on their size. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
