    I Highly recommend JHARA and the YOUR STORY EVENTS team Exceptional in all categories. 1. Speed of contact: Jhara responds to phone, text, and email promptly and with kindness. Most places its hard to get someone to call you back. Not Jhara, she takes the time to respond. 2. Aesthetic: She caters to the wishes of the couple/client. Her taste and execution are flawless. 3. Price: Jhara has the experience to know what wedding/event flowers are needed or not needed to create a magical space. So she will not take advantage and add unnecessary expenses. This shows an integrity with strong ethical principles that, if you talk to her on the phone, you can feel her warmth and caring.

    Beautiful florals on a budget

    I had a tight budget and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to afford nice florals in Hawaii. Your Story Events worked with me from the very beginning, helped with wedding planning and put together the most beautiful floral arrangements for what I had.     The Best Wedding Planner

    Honestly just so happy with everything. I used Your Story Events for wedding planning and florals and it was the best decision I made for our big day. Jhara really listened to my vision and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The bouquets, centerpieces, and arch were all stunning. Yes! We specialize in both fresh and faux (silk/artificial) wedding florals. Our fresh designs use premium blooms hand-selected for each wedding. Our faux flower rentals are high-quality artificial arrangements that look completely real and hold up beautifully in Hawaii's sun, wind, and humidity. Faux options are perfect for outdoor beach and garden ceremonies and are a more budget-friendly alternative. Many couples mix fresh and faux — for example, fresh bridal bouquets with faux ceremony arch arrangements. We'll help you find the right combination for your vision and budget.
We're Oahu's 3-in-1 wedding team — florist, planner, and stylist all in one. Beyond custom floral design, we offer day-of coordination, partial planning, and full wedding planning. We also provide venue styling including draping, floating candles, table décor, and welcome signage. Plus we rent ceremony arches, faux flower walls, and backdrop installations. Having one team handle florals, planning, styling, and rentals means fewer vendors to coordinate, consistent design, and a smoother wedding day. We serve all of Oahu including Honolulu, Waikiki, Ko Olina, Kapolei, North Shore, and Windward side.
Our fresh bridal bouquets start at $175, bridesmaid bouquets from $65, boutonnieres from $15, centerpieces from $85, and ceremony arch arrangements from $575. Faux floral arch rentals start at $399 and include delivery, setup, and breakdown. Day-of coordination starts at $1,200. Every quote is customized based on your flower selections, color palette, design complexity, and guest count. We work with every budget and always provide a detailed proposal after your free consultation so there are no surprises. We believe every couple deserves beautiful wedding florals regardless of budget.
We recommend booking 6 to 12 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season (June through October) and holiday weekends. Destination couples planning from the mainland should book as early as possible since top Oahu wedding vendors fill up fast. However, we do accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows — we've designed beautiful weddings with as little as 4 weeks notice. Your free consultation takes about 30 minutes and can be done via phone or video call. We'll discuss your vision, venue, color palette, and budget, then send a custom proposal within a few days.
