Christina Ifurung is a seasoned Energy Medicine Practitioner and makeup artist with over a decade of experience, focusing on bridal beauty for the past 6 years. Christina also brings her talents to editorial and fashion shoots, including Denver Fashion Week. Specializing in natural beauty and soft glam for brides. She also excels in creative, trend-setting looks. Her approach is all about amplifying your natural beauty, educating clients, and offering thoughtful, professional input. With her energy expertise, Christina ensures a compassionate, loving, and enjoyable experience on your special day.
As a self-taught makeup artist since 2013 and certified by the Master Makeup Academy in 2021, I've spent years learning the craft of creating beautiful, lasting makeup. But my work with people extends beyond the brush. As a nurse, I've learned how to hold space for people in vulnerable moments. As an energy medicine practitioner, I've learned the importance of presence, embodiment, and creating spaces where people can feel grounded and connected to themselves. I bring all of that into my artistry. During moments of transition, I want the experience of getting ready to feel as meaningful as the finished look.

Amazing Makeup Artist!!!
Working with "Doneup by Christina" is pure joy when getting your makeup done on the day of your event. Christina communicates with complete clarity from start to finish, making sure every detail is understood and executed exactly as envisioned. Her makeup work is absolutely stunning, and beyond the technical skill, she brings such a fun and genuine energy to everyone she works with that instantly puts everyone at ease. She has this natural ability to connect with people and create a joyful atmosphere. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Christina and she is truly such a joy to be around. We worked many weddings together and she was always someone I could count on. She’s professional, adaptable, an amazing team player, and so good at customizing a service to make sure each person feels comfortable and beautiful. What stood out most, though, was always her energy. Christina has such a positive presence and genuinely lights up the room. She has a way of making the entire wedding party feel beautiful, not just on the outside, but confident and cared for throughout the experience too. On a wedding morning, when there can be so many personalities, emotions, and last-minute changes happening at once, that kind of energy is invaluable. From a client perspective, she makes the experience fun and comfortable while still being incredibly knowledgeable and taking the time to educate you on what she’s doing and why. You can tell she truly cares about the person sitting in front of her. I loved working alongside Christina, and I love being her client just as much. Working with Christina was an absolute dream from start to finish. She has an incredible eye for detail and completely understood the look I was going for. She even reached out to me before the event to give me a few ideas that would specifically work well for me. The make up felt light, and looked flawless throughout the long hours of the event. I received so many compliments! Attendees and others in the bridal party said I was giving "princess vibes"! Beyond her immense talent, she brought such a warm, calming energy to the room and managed to make the experience fun as well. I cannot recommend her enough! I will definitely be booking her again!

From the moment we booked Doneup by Christina, we knew we made the right choice! Her communication was clear and honest throughout the whole process, and she truly delivered work that exceeded our expectations. When I cried and my makeup came off, she didn't hesitate to fix it—and she went way beyond just reapplying makeup, making sure I felt confident and calm before walking down the aisle. She even prepared a thoughtful touch-up bag with everything I'd need for the day, along with a sweet thank you card, and took time to walk me through how to use each product. Her patience and kindness made such a difference on our wedding day, and we were so glad we booked her for our rehearsal dinner too. I recommend her 1000000% and can't thank her enough for being such a light during our celebration!
