Hey gorge! My name is Jonna Jackson and I own Riot Beauty Bar right here in the DFW area. While I'm still a stay at home dog mom to special needs senior pups, I live for the excitement of handing my brides a mirror to see their final look. Ive been in business for 5 years and absolutely love what I do! I take pride in using REAL unfiltered straight from the camera roll, ensuring my brides with a look they love in real time and professional pictures. My booking process is simple and my inbox is always open for questions! ** I am currently offering 15% off all remaining dates in July-September**

I strive to provide a seamless booking and stress-free trial and wedding day experience for all my brides. I meticulously combine my bride's ideas to a look they'll feel their best with. I specialize in doing natural brides, but as a former emo kid, I love alt brides and full glam as well! With my bride pricing starting at $250 for wedding day hair+makeup, I offer competitive rates for most of the area.     Brides worst nightmare

    will just say, she’s definitely good at her job. She does hair and makeup and we did a trial and she did JUST my hair and it was pretty!! I’ve booked her for my wedding. I had 5 or 6 girls getting hair and makeup from her, and I had a second makeup artist there which was my best friend Kaitlin. We communicated and we communicated. I hired a day of coordinator so then she helped me communicate. And then the morning of the wedding she was supposed to be there at 7 AM to start. She called me at 6:45 AM to let me know that she was rear ended, wasn’t gonna make it, did not have a backup plan, nothing. Then she took all day long trying to refund my money for some reason, we hired somebody else because you made a post on Facebook and somebody was able to do it. And it worked out. It was so great and I’m so thankful for the other person. Jonna didn’t you can call my coordinator. She called me. Then I had to tell her to loop the coordinator in. Obviously on the bride‘s wedding day I think her worst nightmare in the world is not having anyone to do hair and Makeup I mean what in the world? I don’t know who would do that to a bride on the most special day of her life. I’m sorry, but it was just the worst experience I could possibly have ever had and I hope nobody ever hires her for their wedding and gets the same horrible awful experience.

    Hi Ashlee, I’m truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience this caused on your wedding morning. I was rear-ended on my way to you and was trying to arrange a tow for my car while communicating and looking for replacement help. That also delayed my response about the refund, but I did check my records and I did send the remainder of your refund before 10am. Again, I do apologize for the frustration. I never intended to let you down or disrupt your day, but I understand that my intentions don’t erase the impact. I’m glad another artist was able to step in, and I’m sorry I couldn’t be there as planned!

    We loved our glam!

    Jonna knocked it out of the park for my gals and myself on wedding day. The morning was so peaceful and everyone was done in time with time to spare. My eye makeup only smudged a little but im also a HUGE cry baby. Other than that all the other makeup stayed on great and felt beautiful all thru the nite

    Jonna was an absolute pleasure to work with for my wedding day. Her communication was incredibly responsive and quick, which was so helpful as I was planning the big day. The quality of her work was truly beautiful - the she clearly took her time to ensure everyone in my bridal party looked and felt their absolute best. You could tell she has a real passion for what she does. She really went above and beyond, taking the time to make sure I loved my look and pivoting as needed until it was perfect. I'm so grateful to Jonna for helping make me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day.

    Our hair and makeup lasted all day and well into midnight snacks! Jonna works very quickly and it was such a calm and relaxing morning, we literally just showed up to br glammed. Price point was top notch considering she provides the same skill and knowledge as higher end Beauty vendors
