As the owner of a small solo-business, attention to details and one-on-one attention is what sets Shanie apart. She feels that being a small business... That is her advantage. A lot goes into planning a wedding and Shanie understands what it takes to make everything run smoothly on the BIG DAY. Booking your makeup with a larger company just doesn't run quite the same, you loose the personal touch that a small business can provide. Shanie was wonderful from start to finish! Easy communication, fast responses. Asked me questions about my vision until we both felt we were on the same page. When it came to the big day, Shanie arrived a little early to have plenty of time to set up. She was personable and made me feel comfortable right away. She had me check multiple times to make sure everything was turning out how I wanted, and made me feel comfortable to make changes if needed. Shanie worked quickly, and the results were absolutely STUNNING! She made my vision come to life. A mix of natural, barely-there face makeup, and the softest glam on the eyes. My wedding day in Santa Barbara was on a particularly hot and humid day. Through all the sweat, humidity and plenty of happy tears, my makeup did NOT budge at all. In fact, I was truly sad to remove the makeup 12 hours later because it still looked perfect. A true professional in her skills, and had the warm and friendly vibe of a friend. Her prices were fair and competitive, and the quality of her service truly made the experience feel it was worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend Shanie!

I love Shanie! She really listened to what I wanted - and my bridal party, all pretty different looks - and executed them all perfectly! Amazing experience!
