We start your wedding day. Before the photographer or planner arrives, hair and makeup set the tone for the whole morning. Our talented artists listen first, then create the look that feels like you, from soft and natural to full glam, so you feel beautiful and confident. We think like planners, building a timeline that keeps everyone on schedule and stress-free, and our office team answers fast. Whether you are getting ready at a beach house in Ponte Vedra, a historic inn in St. Augustine, or a resort on Amelia Island, our Jacksonville artists come to you and start your day off right.

Packages start at $650 for a single service, plus travel. Most brides choose to invest around $2,000, while others elevate their experience to $3,600 or more for more comprehensive options.
We typically start seeing dates begin booking 12 to 18 months out. Popular dates can book up many months in advance. We recommend booking your hair and makeup services at least 9 months in advance, especially if you have a specific date or artist in mind.
Of course! We work with a lot of brides from outside of our service areas. Many brides are traveling home or heading to a destination for their nuptials. Everything can easily be done via email, phone, or Zoom and FaceTime. We do recommend scheduling your trial prior to your wedding day, which would require an in-person trip to the area.
We sure do! We love weddings and everything that comes along with them. We have a team of highly trained stylists who are more than capable of handling large wedding parties. We pride ourselves on being able to create unique styles that are tailored to each individual client.
We typically send out one hairstylist and one makeup artist per wedding. If you would prefer to add an additional artist to provide services on the day of your wedding, this option is available for an additional fee.
Yes, we require our hair and makeup artists to be professionally trained, licensed, and highly experienced. All Updos For I Dos artists have been handpicked and vetted through our rigorous hiring process.
Our Jacksonville team regularly works in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Sawgrass, St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Orange Park, and St. Marys, GA. We also travel to St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, and Brunswick, GA. The first 30 minutes of travel from downtown Jacksonville are free, and a travel fee applies beyond that. Your quote shows the exact amount up front, so there are no surprises. Getting married somewhere else? Reach out and we will let you know if we can come to you.
Yes. Our talented hair and makeup artists will come to you on your big day. This means you won't have to waste time traveling to and from the salon, and you'll have more time to relax and enjoy your wedding day! We even have passports!
Absolutely! All of our makeup artists are professionally trained and have a makeup kit that can be used on every skin tone. We got you covered!
The application of airbrush makeup is different than traditional makeup. It comes in the form of a thin, liquid-like foundation that's highly pigmented and sprayed onto your skin using an electric brush pen to give you flawless looking skin without feeling too heavy.

    I could not have chosen a better team to do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. From my trial to the day of Haley and Racheal did an amazing job on me as well as all of my girls! They were so friendly and efficient and made the morning as calm and fun as it could be. My hair and makeup held up all night and I would recommend Updos for I dos to any bridal party!
