Ceremonies With Cynthia: Dr. Rev. Cynthia Capaccio

Owner/Head Officiant/Ceremony & Vow Writer

I became an officiant to support people who wish to celebrate life’s rites of passage with personalized, special ceremonies without strictly adhering to the doctrines of a particular faith. I hated the cookie-cutter, copy and paste ceremonies for weddings, baby blessings, and funerals, especially. As a guest, those ceremonies were awful to listen to, and as someone experiencing the rite of passage, those ceremonies never brought any comfort or joy. And so my intention was to become that source for others wanting the same thing, and I vowed to create ceremonies that honor my couples' and families' beliefs while celebrating their uniqueness.

*Custom-written ceremonies honoring the couple, the child, or the departed; *Personalized vows; *Complete editing control with unlimited drafts; *Full, state-of-the-art audio equipment; * Ceremony DJ services to provide 45-60 minutes of customized Prelude music, Processional, and Recessional, with final movie-scene-like ending paired with the kiss; *Best Person Speech-Writing Services *Parent of the Spouse Speech-Writing Services *Funeral Writing and Presiding Services *Baby Welcoming Writing and Presiding Services -We NEVER double book -We arrive 1-2hrs before the ceremony -We Overnight the marriage license to the clerk's office

    Perfection

This is the officiant you want!! Book Cynthia!! We purchased custom ceremony, vows, and audio package. Cynthia met with us to understand our story and our unique needs. She used our info to curate a beautiful ceremony and vows. She is such a pleasure to work with, has the most positive energy, and makes you feel at ease. This is one of the most important moments of your life, Cynthia gets that and treasures every second with you. From start to finish, Cynthia made our wedding ceremony better than we dreamed of. I miss her already!!

    Our ceremony was perfect

I could not have asked for a better ceremony. We had Alicia a pro officiant for our ceremony. She was so well spoken and made the ceremony feel thoughtful and romantic. Our Ceremony was written by Ceremonies with Cynthia and it was so in line with what we wanted. Nothing cheesy but thoughtful and captured our relationship so we didn't feel obligated to say personal vows.

    Easy as Pie!

Cynthia's good work allowed both the ceremonies that I officiated at to go very smoothly. She takes the stress level for the process down a few notches, and provides breathing room for all involved. Each couple being married was relieved to have someone skillfully weave their story together into a powerful statement of their love. It made my role so much easier! Highly recommend Dr. Rev. Cynthia Capaccio!

6 years later and our day still feels remarkable

Cynthia from Ceremonies With Cynthia was a thoughtful communicator and extremely accommodating throughout our special day. Her quality of care and attention to detail made my wife and I feel as if we were her only clients, ever. When my father passed away years before my wedding, Cynthia helped me come up with meaningful ways to include his presence. She even went above and beyond by lining up special surprises for us, knowing we had decided to elope to Miami just the two of us. Cynthia's willingness to go over and above the role of an officiant made our wedding day feel truly unique and personal. All I can say is that Cynthia is really special, and her thoughtfulness and consideration made our day unforgettable.

I have been serving couples and families for 14 wonderful years.
Weddings? Approximately 500-600 since I began. Baby Welcoming Ceremonies: 300. Memorial Services: 400.
Absolutely. Customization is the core of my process. Your ceremony should feel like you, and that’s exactly what I create. I write every script from scratch, using your love story as the foundation. Whether you know exactly what you want or need help finding the words, I guide you through every step. Together, we shape the vows, rituals, and moments you and your guests will remember long after the day is over.
Yes, we offer formal rehearsals, and they are an additional service. Because we book dates exclusively, rehearsals require dedicated time for setup, music cues, spacing, and timing. We guide everyone through their roles and resolve any logistical issues in advance so the ceremony feels effortless on the day. The result is a confident wedding party and a beautifully smooth, photo‑ready ceremony that feels seamless, polished, and unforgettable.
Absolutely. We would be honored to create and deliver a custom ceremony for you, even if the legal portion is already complete. We also offer a signature service that is truly special. I write your ceremony, and someone you love delivers it. They receive a live, one-on-one tutorial so they feel prepared, confident, and able to lead your ceremony with the presence of a seasoned professional.
Yes, I offer counseling services, but it is not a requirement. If you are considering premarital counseling for the license discount, know that the course fee usually offsets the savings, so the cost often balances out. Some couples appreciate the convenience and conversation prompts, while others feel the material is not meaningful. Take your time, weigh your options, and choose what feels right for you.
