I would hire them again and again!!
I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding without Evelyn and the Love & Laughter Weddings team. We live out of state and got married at my family’s estate in Carmel by the Sea, so from the beginning I knew we needed a wedding planner. We worked with Evelyn for about a year and a half and somehow every detail turned out even better than my pinterest dreams. Evelyn is truly a rockstar!! She is organized, kind, patient, and has this incredibly calming presence that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay, even when your anxiety has you convinced it is not. She was there for every planning call, every random question, and every panic email I sent after having some ridiculous wedding related dream in the middle of the night. Nothing ever made her seem overwhelmed. She would just calmly talk me through it, come up with a solution, and suddenly whatever I was stressing about didn't feel like a big deal anymore. We also used their in house design services, officiant, and live music and I cannot recommend them enough! Having so much of the wedding managed under one roof made planning SO easy and everything was incredibly cohesive. At some point during planning Evelyn told me that the goal for wedding day was “no thoughts, just vibes” and that became our running joke, but she was completely serious lol. When the wedding weekend finally came, I genuinely turned my brain off. I wasn't checking the time or worrying about setup or wondering what was supposed to happen next. For the first time in a year and a half, I wasn't thinking about the wedding, I was just IN it and enjoying it because I knew Evelyn had everything covered. Hiring Love & Laughter was hands down one of the best decisions we made. Evelyn, thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams and for allowing me to actually experience and enjoy it instead of managing it. I would hire you again and again a million times over.

Carmel by the Sea wedding
Working with Love & Laughter Weddings for our small wedding in Carmel by the Sea was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. We booked their Event Management package with officiant and Design add on for our wedding weekend and I genuinely can’t imagine our wedding without Evelyn and her team. From the moment we met, Evelyn was such a calming, reassuring, and positive presence. Wedding planning felt overwhelming at times, but she always made us feel grounded and supported in our check in meetings. No matter what came up, she handled everything with kindness, confidence and such a peaceful energy. Having someone like that in your corner truly makes all the difference. I shared my Pinterest inspiration and some ideas I’d seen online with her and somehow she brought everything to life even better than I could’ve imagined. Every detail was intentional and very “Us.” The entire weekend flowed so easily and I was able to be present in the moment and enjoy the time with our family and friends instead of stressing. The whole Love & Laughter team was amazing to work with and made our wedding feel effortless and beautiful. I highly recommend them for any couple looking for a team that is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely caring and supportive throughout the process.

Destination Wedding
We also had Love & Laughter Weddings officiate our ceremony, in addition to having them be our full planners for our multi day destination wedding and I truly couldn’t imagine our wedding without them. From the start, they made the ceremony process feel so personal and intentional. They took the time to learn about our story, what mattered most to us, and the kind of atmosphere we wanted our ceremony to have. We really didn’t want something that felt generic or scripted, and they created a ceremony that felt completely authentic to us. It was heartfelt, warm, and perfectly balanced... emotional in all the right moments but still light and joyful. Several of our guests told us afterward that it was one of the most meaningful ceremonies they had attended and asked if we were longtime friends because of how personal and meaningful it felt. On the wedding day everything felt calm and natural. Our officiant guided us through the ceremony with such warmth and confidence that it immediately put us at ease. Standing there in that moment felt incredibly special and we’re so grateful for how beautifully they helped bring it all together. They also handled all the legal paperwork and made that part of the process completely stress free, which was such a relief during such a busy time. If you’re looking for an officiant who will truly take the time to make your ceremony feel personal and memorable, I can’t recommend Love & Laughter Weddings enough! It was one of the most meaningful parts of our entire wedding weekend.
