From our first conversation with Leslie at Positively Charmed! Custom Ceremonies, we knew we'd made the right choice. She listened carefully to what we wanted and made thoughtful adjustments to our ceremony speech without hesitation. When unexpected rain forced us to split our ceremony into two parts, Leslie handled the change with grace and kept everything running smoothly. On the day of our wedding, guests kept asking how long we'd known Leslie because she spoke about us with such genuine warmth and connection—it felt like she'd been part of our lives for years, not just months. Her clear voice and fluid delivery made every word land perfectly. Leslie's experience and intentional approach to our ceremony made our day feel truly special, and we can't recommend her highly enough.

An Officiant Who Truly Cares About Her Couples

As a wedding photographer, I always love getting to work a wedding with Leslie from Positively Charmed Ceremonies. She takes the time to truly get to know her couples so each ceremony reflects their relationship, personality, and style. Leslie goes above and beyond to make sure her couples feel supported and cared for, and it shows in how meaningful and personal every ceremony feels. She’s incredibly inclusive and experienced with many different cultural traditions, bringing thoughtful care and intention to every celebration. Her attention to detail is outstanding—she even remembers to step aside for the couple’s big kiss so photographers can capture that perfect moment! I always know her couples are in wonderful hands and set up for an amazing wedding day.

Leslie was an integral part of making our wedding day so special - many commented on her peaceful and grounded energy (my wife and I felt it too from the beginning of working with her). It was a pleasure to have her as our officiant and it was so nice working with her to make our ceremony truly our own. She was totally open to us editing her drafts of the script, which we really appreciated. Her many years of wisdom and experience was so helpful along the way, especially because she has done many weddings at Van Dusen Mansion. 10/10 - highly recommend.

We worked with Leslie from Positively Charmed as our officiant, and while she wasn’t able to be there on our wedding day due to personal reasons, she handled everything with such professionalism and care. She quickly arranged for a wonderful replacement, Jill, who stepped in on short notice and did an incredible job. Jill was enthusiastic, warm, and a joy to work with on the day of the ceremony. Leading up to the wedding, Leslie created such a thoughtful and special atmosphere during our planning call. She walked us through our ceremony script, helped us refine our vows, and made the whole process feel meaningful and personal. I truly wish she could have been there to officiate, but completely understand that life happens—and I’m so grateful for how she ensured we were still in good hands. I would absolutely recommend working with Leslie. She brings heart, professionalism, and genuine care to the process, and we felt so supported throughout.

My father was on hospice and we were planning a last minute ceremony that he could be apart of. We whipped it together in two weeks. We cannot thank Leslie enough. She jumped right in to officiate and did a beautiful job. She was very good at taking charge and giving direction to make sure the ceremony was beautiful and went smoothly. Cannot recommend her enough.
