Hey, I'm Alysha! Photographer of weddings, engagements, and families, but the offbeat and non-traditional weddings have my heart. Give me the quirky traditions, unexpected locations, nerdy details, and celebrations that feel completely like YOU. From saying “I do” in a comic book store to creating a wedding day that throws tradition out the window, I’m here for it! And the best part? Our story doesn’t have to end after the wedding. I love watching my couples become families and getting to photograph all the wonderfully messy, beautiful milestones that come next.

    Amazing is an understatement

    Alysha was incredible from start to finish. She took on our wedding with short notice, but you’d have never have guessed. She was kind, she could see our vision and she was incredibly prepared. Alysha took the time beforehand to ensure that those who needed to be in certain photos were there. We were a very large group, and nobody was missed. She was so organized that everything felt easy, when I know it couldn’t have been. Her eye for capturing photos is second to none. Alysha is very talented and knows every angle and the light and makes everyone look their best. She was a dream to work with and she got our sneak peek to us in record time. I’m being honest when I say I couldn’t pick a favorite photo because they were all so good. The final photos were so beautiful. She gave us so many files we were able to make sure everyone got photos of themselves they loved and could share. I’m so thankful we found Alysha because she gave us beautiful tangible memories for a lifetime. I can’t forget to mention her vibrant personality. She really was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’d hope she would work with us again because she would be our first call the next time needed a photographer.

I've been in the photography industry for over 20 years. I also have my Bachelors of Technical Science in Photography!
All my packages are based on my clients needs, so I build individual packages for everyone! I do everything from tiny elopements to five day weddings. On average my most popular 6 hour wedding package starts $1900 while some larger 8 hour weddings starting around $2600. But, depending on how far I'm driving, flying, hotel nights, and second shooters, the cost can drastically vary.
I'm based in the southern area of York, PA. We're about 10 minutes from the Maryland border. Typically, when I'll be in an area and have any time, I'll post it on social media so people can book and avoid travel costs!
Yes! Not only do I travel, but I love anything destination! I'm a traveler myself and love photographing all over the world! I've been all over the US, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Please note, anything requiring significant travel requires all travel costs and fees to be paid upfront.
Of course! Whether it's LGBTQ+, Non-Religious, Pagan, Witchy, Hindu, Sikh, Islamic, Catholic, Jewish, or many of the various kinds of celebrations and faiths, I am your photographer! I love what makes people unique and whether it's your culture, religion, sexual orientation, theme, or destination, I'm here to capture it!
Typically, weddings and events take about 6 weeks until you have your photos. Family or other small sessions, I say 3-4 weeks (depending on season). All photos are provided in a digital online gallery via Pixieset.com and you have the option to download high resolution photos for printing or low resolution photos for social media.
All my galleries come with a print release for your personal use only and this allows you to download and print your photos wherever you want (or you can order directly from your gallery's site!). Copyright stays with me, the photographer, unless you want to pay a significant amount of money to have all the rights.
Other than my most popular wedding and family sessions, I also do senior portraits, maternity, newborn, corporate, and engagement sessions.
Yes! I know many venues now require proof of liability insurance from vendors I'd be happy to provide a copy of my insurance if asked!
