Atlas & Stone Photography
Atlas + Stone is a husband-and-wife photography team based between Boston and Newport, documenting weddings and portraits throughout New England. With a candid, documentary approach, they focus on real moments, genuine connection, and photographs that feel like the day actually felt.
Atlas + Stone photographs every wedding with a blend of digital and vintage film, including 35mm and instant photography. Every roll of film is developed in-house, giving them complete control over the process from the moment the shutter clicks to the finished gallery. With more than 10 years of experience, their documentary approach embraces the warmth, grain, and unpredictability of 1970s-1990s film.

Professional, Seamless, and Truly Captured Our Day
Atlas and Stone was on the preferred vendor list for our venue, and after working with them, it is easy to understand why. From the very beginning, Kevin and Jessica were professional, responsive, and genuinely easygoing, which immediately put us at ease during the planning process. On our wedding day, Kevin struck the perfect balance between keeping everything on track with our timeline and creating a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He made everyone feel at ease and effortlessly mixed in humor, which helped the day feel natural and enjoyable rather than rushed or stressful. We were also blown away by their turnaround time. Within one week, they sent an incredible sneak peek that included a substantial portion of our full gallery. The photos themselves are absolutely stunning and truly captured both the magic of the day and who we are as a couple. Atlas and stone is much needed!
Our experience with our wedding photographer was nothing short of incredible. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a calm, positive energy that instantly put us at ease. They guided us when we needed direction, but also stepped back and allowed the natural moments to unfold. Atlas & Stone are the BEST!
Working with Kevin from Atlas & Stone Photography was truly one of the highlights of our wedding day. From the moment he arrived, he checked in with us and came ready with a clear plan for capturing the best photos (while keeping everyone calm in the midst of the usual wedding chaos). He was incredibly flexible, even offering thoughtful suggestions to adjust our timeline and make the flow of the day smoother and more relaxed. One of our favorite parts of the day was stepping away for some 1:1 photos with Kevin. He was so easy to talk to that I honestly forgot we were even taking pictures... until he would gently bring us back into the moment to capture another smile, laugh, or candid shot. His calm energy and professionalism made the entire experience feel effortless and fun. Not to mention the pictures we have received have been STUNNING!! Behind the scenes, Jessica, his wife, was just as amazing! Super responsive over email, managing our payments, timeline, and all of the logistical details with total ease. Together, they make an incredible team. We are so grateful we had the chance to work with them and would absolutely recommend Atlas & Stone for any of your photography needs!

THE BEST photographer!!
Atlas and stone is a no brainer!! No need think twice! We worked with both Kevin and Jess from our engagement photos to our wedding and we wish it never had to end. They were so easy to work with and Kevin made us feel so comfortable taking photos! We don't love the super posed look because we feel like we never really photograph well, so it was amazing he was able to capture so many amazing candids! We got so many compliments on how efficient Kevin was during our wedding and equally as many compliments about how fast we got our previews after the wedding too! The photos all came out beautifully and we haven't even gotten our full album yet. We are so so happy with both our engagement and preview photos I had to leave a review now! There aren't enough words to explain how thankful we are, I hope everyone is lucky enough to have as talented of a photographer as Kevin!
