About Beacon Camera

Benjamin Lieber

Head Photographer

I first discovered my passion for photo and video by way of my music career, through which I’ve documented my experiences on the road; enamored by the unique stories of people and places. Since then, I’ve applied that lens to some of life’s most special and precious moments for others: capturing engagements, weddings, births & birthdays, precious family moments, career milestones, and more.

Life moves fast - documenting its special moments helps to stamp time and memories with darker ink. I offer bespoke photography and videography services in New York’s Hudson Valley, specializing in portraits, events, and couples. Your moment is yours to keep; I’d love to help you capture it.

Ben captured my surprise engagement at a farm upstate and did an incredible job! It was really easy to work with him on scheduling, timing, and planning, and he was a really calming presence throughout the process. The photos were incredible and I am so happy I went with Ben

Ben was a pretty awesome surprise engagement photographer for us, at Innisfree gardens! Loved his photos, discretion/sneaky photography skills, and edits.

So beyond impressed with Ben’s work. He is easy to talk to, well priced, so kind, and overall an amazing artist. He photographed my engagement and not only was the turn around time for photos immaculate (within 24 hours! Altho times may vary depending on the project), he is also just a pleasure to work with and has such an eye for photography. Could not recommend him more!!!!
