Working in Seattle, Portland and anywhere beyond - Brandy photographs weddings for couples who want their images to feel real, emotional and uniquely theirs. Brandy works with couples of all identities and backgrounds and loves photographing weddings that are creative, personal, and a little outside the traditional mold. Her photography blends fine art, editorial, and documentary storytelling, capturing both beautiful portraits and the candid in-between moments that truly tell the story of a wedding day.

I’m the perfect combination of artist, project manager and personal paparazzi. From using the Tide pen I brought on the bottom of your dress before you walk down the isle to getting the rings in the right hands to any possible thing that could need to be handled - I’m on it. I’m here to not only caputre your day beautifully, but make sure you have the most wonderful, enjoyable day feeling supported.

    Grandson and new Granddaughter’s Wedding

    From the moment we booked Brandy A Photography, we knew we were in good hands. Brandy and her assistant were personable, clear, and warm in their communication, guiding us through the process with a direct and action-oriented approach. Their work was truly exceptional - Brandy has an incredible eye for capturing the unique personality and special moments of our wedding day. She made sure to get all the photos we requested, but also had the creativity to add in her own artistic touches that we hadn't even thought of. Brandy and her assistant were a pleasure to work with - they blended into the background seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and comfortable throughout the day. My grandson even commented on how much he enjoyed working with them. Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful and are consistent with my portfolio. I also include basic retouching services like blemish removal.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. You'll be able to download directly from your password-protected gallery through my website so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints if you desire.
For smaller events working alone you can expect 50+ images per hour of active photographing. For larger events with a second shooter, this number will increase significantly. But keep in mind this estimate can vary depending on your exact wedding package, number of guests, venue type, locations chosen and other factors.
If you book with me you work with me. As a practice I don't use associates or other photographers to fill dates that I commit to personally being there for. If I do have a second shooter with me, you'll likely meet my partner-in-all-things, Casey.
