Howdy. My name is Caiti and I am a wedding photographer based out of Moses Lake, WA. I am a misplaced Texan, so I photograph weddings in WA to OR, ID, and TX. I have been photographing since I was 15 with a love for art and documenting moments instead of posing them. I studied photography all the way through college and grew up wanting to be a National Geographic photograher. I still dream, but I have picked up my camera in every season of life. I have photographed war in the Army, sports in college, to now couples that want to feel something when they look at their photos.

I shoot for couples who don't want to spend their wedding day performing for a camera. For couples who want to soak in every second, hold each other a little longer, laugh a little harder, and stay fully present in the people they love most. I quietly preserve the moments unfolding around you so you can experience your wedding day as it was meant to be lived. The best client comment I have ever received was: "We were completely lost in each other, and somehow she preserved it all." That is what I want for all of my couples.     The Perfect Photog

    Working with Caiti Rose Photography was the best decision we made for our wedding. From our first email to the final photos, she stayed in touch and guided us through everything with milestone emails, check-ins, and planning tips that made the whole process smooth. On our wedding day, she was like a ninja—capturing every moment without being intrusive, which let us actually enjoy what was happening instead of feeling like we were being photographed. She fit right in with our family and friends, stayed organized with the family photos to make sure we got everyone, and even directed our golden hour shoot like she was filming a movie. We had such a blast with her, and honestly, we had to make her take a break to eat because she was so focused on getting the perfect shots.     Images that feel as magical as the moment

    I’m forever thankful that my fiancé contacted Caiti Rose Photography to capture the proposal. Of course, the happiness of the proposal is indescribable, yet Caiti somehow captured how the moment felt exactly.     One of the best photographers ever

    I truly can’t thank Caitlin for capturing some of the most special moments of our big day. Not only were the photos flawless and I felt so beautiful, her energy alone made the day flow so flawlessly.     Fabulous Photographer!

    Finding Caiti to help capture our wedding portraits was such a God-send From our first conversation, she was easy to work with and genuinely invested in our vision—she even scouted our venue and tracked sunset times beforehand to nail the perfect lighting and scenery. We built a shot list together on Pinterest and she stuck to it flawlessly, which kept everything on schedule and made sure we got every photo we wanted. On the day of, Caiti was professional and personable, giving us great direction and making us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. Her eye for lighting and poses is seriously impressive, and the final photos are editorial and heartfelt. We're already planning to have her capture our future milestones!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also do touch ups and teeth whitening, the whole nine. I want them & you to look perfect.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking except once when I had to go into emergency surgery. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I will pay that person, so it is simply just a replacement.
