I grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and I’m the oldest of five kids. I married my favorite person, Kevin, in 2023, and we have two cats, Yeti and Smokey. I’ve always loved bringing creative ideas to life, and after studying graphic design in high school, I found my passion in photography. I’ve been photographing weddings professionally since 2018 and have documented over 300 weddings. I love meeting amazing couples, celebrating their stories, and capturing genuine moments. Every wedding is different, and that’s exactly why I love what I do.

What my couples mention most is how direct, honest, and encouraging I am. I’ll guide you into poses that feel natural and flatter you while cheering you on every step of the way. If something doesn’t look quite right, I’ll say so and we’ll try something else—no awkward guessing. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourself, so your photos reflect who you really are while you have an amazing time.

    We had such a great experience working with Caitlyn Neapolitan Photography. From our first conversation, Caitlyn was sweet and easy to work with, and her communication never missed a beat. On our wedding day, she was exactly what we needed—she kept our wild wedding party in line and captured everything beautifully. We were also blown away by her thoughtfulness; she even grabbed my husband and me a snack from cocktail hour so we could take a quiet moment together, something we would've completely missed otherwise. The photos came out stunning and arrived quickly, which made the whole experience even better.     Great Experience & Photos

    Absolutely Perfect Experience

    Our experience working with Caitlyn was incredible. Not only did she talk to us before we had a date set, but we had to reschedule our engagement pictures due to weather and she was so patient with it. Our engagement pictures were STUNNING and then roll around to our wedding and the day was made extra perfect with having her there. She got every photo we could have wanted, posed us perfectly and got the most genuine moments you could dream of. She communicated effectively all while being personable and professional. I wish I could get married to my husband again just to hire her again

Typically, couples book me about 1 year before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Certain packages include a second photographer! Depending on the size of your wedding, I may bring an assistant (at no extra cost to you).
All photos are edited by me! Final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 2-3 months after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a high-resolution gallery to download images for web or print, so you can share the photos with your loved ones. You also have the ability to order prints directly from your gallery!
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 8 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never needed to find someone day-of to cover a wedding. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my trusted colleagues or my contracted assistant. If I have to cancel due to a personal conflict, with reasonable notice, I’ll provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement. If a refund is due, it will be provided within 30 days of cancellation per our contract.
