I've always been a creator of art since a little girl. My passion for photography started after becoming a mother, wanting to document my kids as they grow. Initially I learned photo editing and then I decided to my camera to a DSLR. Game changer! Once I became better with both shooting and editing, friends and family would want me to take their photos. When my small side photography gig starting booming, I had to make a decision to leave the medical field and pursue a career that I knew I would love. Doing this professionally for 15 years has allowed me to support my family and it's taken me to new travel destinations which I'm obsessed!

I specialize in wedding photography. My gear includes two Nikon z6ii bodies and a range of professional lenses (24-70mm, 105mm macro, 70-200mm). I'd say my editing style sets me apart with beautiful vibrant contrast colors. Please google Dreamy Portraits and it will lead you to my website.

    Good photos but missed 5 deadline extensions

    Positives: Great-looking photos! We hired Danielle at Dreamy Portraits for our wedding photos in June. The highest-level package included engagement photos at the venue, which turned out great, and the full engagement gallery was provided to us on time. Negatives: The turnaround time on our wedding photos was extremely disappointing. The contract detailed completed and edited photos within 2 weeks, with sneak peeks available sooner. We received our sneak peeks 13 weeks after our wedding and the full gallery 11 weeks after the contractual due date. During those 11 weeks, we texted, emailed, and called multiple times. In total, 5 new deadlines were negotiated. We rarely received a text response and never received a response to our emails or phone calls. After texting, we would sometimes wait days or even weeks for a response. On top of this, Danielle offered compensation for the delay but never followed through, ultimately ghosting us after delivering the final gallery link. My wife and I believe we were extremely patient throughout this process, constantly offering deadline extensions and flexibility. Unfortunately, we were met with empty promises, missed deadlines, and a total lack of communication.

    Such a gem!

    Danielle is a fantastic photographer that we would recommend to anyone! We hired Danielle to take our wedding pictures and could not have been more excited with how they turned out! Danielle is incredibly kind, understanding, professional, and great at what she does. Highly recommend!
