    Once Like a Spark is THE BEST!

    Once Like a Spark provided photography and videography services for our October 2026 wedding, and they were a joy to work with from start to finish. Every step of the way they were professional, responsive, and helpful. Our photographer Jen and videographer Austin were wonderful, listening closely to our wants and needs and made sure they happened. Once Like a Spark worked so hard to ensure that our wedding was captured perfectly, and I’m so looking forward to reliving those happy memories through our photos and wedding video. I highly recommend Once Like a Spark—they’re amazing!

    Wedding day review

    We cannot say enough about Once Like a Spark Wedding Co. From our first conversation, they answered questions before we even had to ask them, and their responses were always quick. During the hectic morning of our wedding, they stayed flexible and rolled with whatever came their way without missing a beat. They were genuinely friendly and made us feel comfortable being ourselves in front of the camera, offering helpful pose suggestions that felt natural. We got glimpses of photos they captured during the day and were blown away by what we saw. The team treated us like friends, not just clients, and we cannot wait to see the final pictures.

    Amazing Experience

    Our wedding day was a blast! OLAS was professional from the gate. Beginning with Darcy, asking a thousand questions and understanding out options - she was amazing and thorough and super cool. She answered our questions, stayed within our budget, and helped pair us with trusted vendors that totally worked! After we got our services booked Hannah was a champ making sure we were getting all the information we needed otu to the artists to ensure our day was magical. I was super surprised with how customized everything was to our experience. For us especially, we didn't have a coordinator and were doing this ourselves and OLAS didn't' feed us to the wolves because we didn't know what we were doing. They asked us all the questions that helped us get all our ducks in a row and ensure we got everything we needed from the day! I was super surprised and so happy with how thorough the process was. By the time we got to the day, DJ Floyd and Josh CRUSHED IT!!! I can't say enough about what an amazing job they both did. We felt safe and heard and had several friends tell us, seriously like ten different couples, it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to and that was exactly what we wanted. We wanted to party and celebrate and we did that! Josh felt like a guest, which we loved, because we vibed so hard with him! He made us feel safe and comfortable and we could be intimate and silly and he was a pro. He directed and positioned us when needed and let us flow and it was amazing. And Floyd kept the floor rocking and was a treat. Honestly is was an amazing day. DJ Floyd listened to us, took our recommendations and then created a playlist better than anything we cold have done on our own! And I'm a music lover with a ton of playlists and I was SO HAPPY with what he did for us! There was so much emotion, joy, and excitement packed into that day, and being surrounded by the people we love most made it incredibly special. The day felt very personal to us, which is exactly what we hoped for and Josh and Floyd made it so special by listening to us, and giving us exactly what we asked for on the day! We would absolutely do it all over again. In fact, if we could bottle up the feeling of that day and experience it again, we would in a heartbeat and we would certainly only do it again with OLAS. They were clutch, game changers and I would 100% recommend!

    10/10 Experience!

    Lesleann was AMAZING! I am soooo looking forward to having her again on our wedding day! She maintained great conversation throughout the session, she was amazing at giving us instructions and challenging us to do new things. She was open to trying things that we wanted to try as well and incorporated our flower prop into the photos. She was also super calm, interactive and patient with our son and found ways to keep him happy and excited throughout the shoot without making him feel forced to take photos with us! She also kept the editor in mind when taking shots, watching for bypassers in the photo to give them a smooth editing process.

You won't have to wait long to relive your special moments! Engagement photos will be ready within three weeks of the session, wedding photos within six weeks of the ceremony, and video within eight weeks. If you want even faster turnaround, you can add sneak peeks and priority editing to your package. Rest assured that no matter what, we'll treat your photos and videos with love and care, doing everything we can to make sure the final result exceeds your expectations.

In addition to your primary photographer or videographer, we have many other skilled professionals on our team who are ready and willing to step in if needed. If your original photographer or videographer becomes unavailable due to unforeseen or emergent circumstances, we'll make sure that you have a talented replacement who knows all the details about your event to capture your special day with equal skill and care.
At Once Like a Spark, we believe in capturing real, authentic moments. We'll get all the traditional shots, but also the tender and emotional moments that truly make your day special. Our goal is to produce such high-quality work that you'll feel transported back to your big day whenever you look at your photos or watch your videos. We pride ourselves on our clean style, that’s on-trend but will always be classic.
At Once Like a Spark, we offer a variety of packages to meet your needs, including photo-only and video-only options. We’re looking forward to getting you more information on the add-ons we offer, such as raw video footage, DJs, photo booths, second photographers, and more. You can customize your package and add or change details leading up to your big day. We're here to help you get exactly what you need for the perfect wedding memories.
We're not going to leave you high and dry if your reception is still going! Extra time can be added on at our current hourly rate, just let the artist know! If your reception is a long one, most clients choose to have the artist leave early and focus on capturing the important moments earlier in the day!
Of course! If you know that you want to book us, we would recommend going ahead and booking a base package to make sure you secure your date. You can add on additional time, second shooters, products, and more leading up to your wedding date!
Welcome aboard! We're excited to have you as part of the Once Like a Spark family. As soon as you book, we'll get started on planning your engagement session (if you choose to have one). As we get closer to your big day, you'll receive helpful tips and advice from us, and we'll schedule a call with our expert planner to finalize all the details. We want you to feel confident and prepared for your wedding, so we'll do everything we can to make sure everything is taken care of. Thank you for choosing us to capture your special moments.
We guarantee a minimum of 500 images. Most galleries come back close to double that.
We can provide insurance info to venues if they need it.
