We couldn't have asked for a better photographer than Richard from Wedding Bug. We had a decent experience with Wedding Bug, though there were a few things that didn't quite meet our expectations. The photographer and videographer were both friendly and easy to work with on the day of our wedding. However, the photographer didn't take a very active role in directing us or our guests for shots, and she didn't follow the photo list we provided ahead of time. The video quality itself was fine, but the audio had some issues that we wish had been better. Overall, Wedding Bug did an okay job, but we weren't entirely happy with the final results and felt like we could have gotten more for the price.
