Amber and her team did a phenomenal job with our wedding. From the initial planning all the way up to the day of, they would catch the little details that were very important for making sure the wedding day went smoothly. On the day of, they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were also taken care of, with both food and also help with our wedding attire. Everyone at Adorn was very professional, kind, and made us feel very taken care of. We had a big dance floor, and they noticed that I was getting exhausted, so they made sure to constantly bring water and lemonade to our spot so that when I took short breaks, I could just get hydrated and get back to it. Additionally, for our wedding entrance, we had it planned that they would close the doors at 5, but they decided to let people continue to trickle in for some time, which was certainly the right call. When my wife and I then did our grand entrance, they ensured no more guests could come in for the entrance ceremony as we had previously requested. When any of my friends in KC need a wedding planner, I will be sure to recommend them, as not a single thing went awry on our wedding day.

Amber and her company knocked it out of the park for our son’s wedding. She worked on every detail of the wedding and worked out all the back and forth and it went without a hitch. I was particularly touched when she helped get my elderly mom food from the buffet line when she had difficulty walking. Her team coordinated all of the timing of the events and made sure guests knew where to go and also where not to go. Each of her team was courteous and gracious and professional with all of the guests and made sure each vendor did what was needed. I would hire Amber again and again for any wedding or event you need planned and coordinated.
