My mother and I hired Victoria a couple months into the planning process after we realized that we were in over our head with all the details and moving parts. Victoria was a life-saver for not only making sure the wedding day ran smoothly but also that both my mom and I were able to be present and enjoy the day of the wedding. Victoria was super patient, kind, and understanding, while also being proactive and advocating for us when it came to little mishaps with our venue. She helped us make a detailed timeline that was essential for the day running smoothly as well as running the rehearsal with a lot of little kids and moving parts. We could not have pulled off the wedding day without Victoria and her team! They thought ahead of every problem so that the day felt like it ran perfectly. She is incredible!

Belmont is one of my dreams that was answered.
TLDR: Choose Belmont Events Planning and Design. Victoria Amsler is amazing, her team is just as good and they will make your day absolutely spectacular! Reach out if you havent booked your Day of Coordinator...YES you need one. For those who love the details, continue on... I was married on 6.26.26 to an amazing man who took my love for Reading, Fantasy, magic, the night-sky and made it a reality for me! I had all the ACOTAR and Fourth Wing visions, all the designs and decor, all the plans, and all of the vendors. I had the confidence of time and was on top of the independent Bride world. Oh how naive... About 3 months out from the wedding date, RSVPs came due, guests were asking questions, guests were not responding, vendors needed answers and timelines. I felt like I was in a spiral and that all of my careful planning was being to unravel. Ladies and gentleman I know, you are strong enough to handle it, you are juggling it all, you are rocking this bride thing, and you are going to make the most Beautiful Bride... but Girl there are people out there that will take all your dreams off YOUR responsibility and make it all happen seamlessly FOR you. While you actually partake IN your wedding Day! I wasn't looking for the normal. Belmont Events reached out and the first line of her message was. "Is your wedding seriously based upon an ACOTAR theme? I LOVE THIS" I found my person. Victoria Amsler knew my dream, my vision, The books she had already read and loved. I didn't have to explain it or describe what I was looking for she SAW it. She took off every extra weight off my shoulders and made the days leading to our wedding feel easy. She kept in contact and began communicating immediately with my vendors and both bridal parties. She took all the little things off of my lists and let me know as they were completed and allowed me to bask in the days before my wedding. Any incident that popped up she handled and made me feel like I was the most important client on her list. She remade my signs (with permission) and made them so perfect and gorgeous. I realised at that point that my ideas were one view point, where she had a team and could just make everything so much better. Victoria and Leah ran my rehearsal and made sure timing and angles, chairs all of it was perfect. Our Bridal parties sat, while our kids stood by our sides, Victoria made it happen. I had a dress change that very few people even knew about and she kept it quite even though it was in the timeline and it went off flawless. She made every transition happen during my wedding and made sure we were drinking water and also able to spend my time enjoying the wedding WITH my new husband. Wind was a problem, she handled it and fixed the issue. Heat was a problem, she kept water handy and air conditioner breaks happening. I never heard a peep throughout the day because Victoria and Leah were there. I had the most magical, fantasy, Night Court styled wedding that I PLANNED and ENVISIONED. Because Belmont Events let me actually enjoy my wedding with their Day of Coordinator services. Ladies if you are power-housing your wedding plans, or if you are over it already and just want to ENJOY your day, that you spend thousands on PS, Belmont Events Planning and Design Victoria Amsler is your best option! Best Coordinator!
We chose Victoria at Belmont Events for our wedding. She was patient, and understanding of both me and my wife’s (painfully) indecisiveness, provided options for us in a calm and professional manner, which kept us level-headed and focused. Recommend for everyone!

Hire Victoria!!
We started looking for a day-of coordinator in late January for our early May 2026 wedding. We had tried to plan most of the event ourselves. 5 months before the wedding, I was trying to balance studying for board certification, working 80 hours/week, moving, starting a new job, and wedding planning. Finding Victoria was a godsend. From early on, Victoria was professional, flexible, detail-oriented, patient and calm –exactly what I was looking for in a coordinator. When I was late to our first meeting because of work, she was very understanding and able to quickly reschedule another time. I was very impressed by the personalized proposal that she drew up after our first meeting. It was just a small taste of her excellent skills in event planning. Leading up to the big day, her clear communication, organizational skills, and quick problem-solving helped us relax knowing that we could trust her with anything that came up. For example, Victoria let us and the transportation vendor know that there was going to be a street festival that would directly impact our travel plans from the ceremony to reception. When our transportation vendor cancelled 2 days before our event, Victoria came up with alternative plans within hours. She reminded us of tasks leading up to the wedding (e.g. getting marriage license, ordering a cake, getting tips ready, etc.) and was non-judgmental and kind in helping us figure it out. When we did our last venue walk-through, she and her assistant, Leigh, worked with the venue team to plan out the reception space and revise the timeline. On the wedding day, she kept us updated on where we were on the wedding timeline and why. She and Leigh were on top of it, which allowed us to be guests at our own wedding. We also added on having Victoria create our signage, and it was STUNNING. If you’re on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, do it. Hire Victoria’s team!! You won’t regret it. It was the best decision I made in this process and I only wish I had found her sooner!

Exceptional planner for any wedding/event
My experience with Belmont Events was absolutely amazing. My planner, Victoria, was incredibly detail-oriented, efficient, and creative. She always gave me her honest opinion about what would and wouldn’t work, which saved me from so many headaches, not to mention time and money. She even came up with the most brilliant idea to give me the floral arch I wanted at just a fraction of the usual cost. My wedding was multicultural, and she did a beautiful job incorporating traditions from both sides seamlessly. Victoria also created signature cocktail drinks for our wedding, and they were such a fun touch. They tasted amazing and our guests loved them. When we had a last minute venue change, she handled it with so much calm and professionalism. She helped me secure a new venue right away and coordinated with all of our vendors, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. I’m so grateful for her service and support throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have done it without her!
