A Perfect Planner for a Perfect Wedding
Working with Bride Support and Meredith was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, she listened to what we wanted and helped us brainstorm ideas that felt true to who we are as a couple and would help us achieve our dream wedding. Meredith was always there to answer our questions, help manage the overall stress of wedding planning, and also helped track down the best vendors to bring our vision to life. On the day of the wedding the coordinator she provided was fantastic (shoutout to Allexa!) bringing real skill and personality that put us at ease when we needed it most. BEST Decision We Made!
We cannot recommend Meredith enough! Planning a wedding from afar felt overwhelming at first, but she made the entire process feel so much more manageable. Her vendor recommendations were incredibly helpful, and she connected us with wonderful professionals who made our day everything we hoped it would be. Communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring, which made such a difference when making big decisions. On the wedding day itself, she was the calm, steady presence we needed. Her time management kept everything running smoothly, and we never felt like we had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. She also made set-up and tear-down feel completely effortless, allowing us and our families to simply enjoy the day rather than worry about logistics. Meredith made planning for the big day so much better! She provided help with communicating to vendors, and made fantastic recommendations! She was always quick to write back, as well as ease some of the stress! She made our wedding day feel relaxed and I never had to worry about a thing because I knew she had it all figured out. Hiring Meredith at Bride Support as our day-of coordinator was, without question, one of the smartest decisions we made during our entire planning process. From our very first meeting, she asked thoughtful, detailed questions that immediately put us at ease and showed us just how thorough and experienced she truly is. In the months leading up to the wedding, she worked diligently to coordinate between all of our vendors, ensuring everyone was aligned and prepared. On our wedding day, everything ran more than smoothly — it ran beautifully. Because of Meredith, we were both able to be completely present, soak in every moment, and truly enjoy our day without a single worry. She handled every detail behind the scenes with grace and professionalism, and we were never once pulled away to manage something ourselves.
