Cheers and Charm Events made our wedding day feel so stress-free and absolutely beautiful! From the very first conversation, Abbey was so friendly and easy to talk to. Honestly, I could spend all day talking to her about our wedding and I know she’d wouldn’t have minded They truly brought my vision to life, even with the rain trying to throw us off, and added the sweetest little décor touches that made everything come together so perfectly. What I loved most was knowing they were behind the scenes communicating with all of our vendors and making sure everything was running smoothly. It allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. Their attention to detail and how organized they were gave us so much peace of mind. And even though they don’t speak Spanish, it was amazing to see how they never let that become a barrier. They worked so well with our vendors and family and made everything feel so seamless. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day so special. I would 100000% recommend Cheers and Charm Events to any couple looking for planners who genuinely care about bringing your vision to life!

Working with Cheers and Charm Events was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. They communicated clearly at every step and knew exactly what they were doing, which made the planning process feel straightforward rather than stressful. Since they had worked at our venue before, they came in confident and comfortable, and that translated into a smooth day-of experience. We were really impressed by their attention to detail with the table layouts and how they planned the set up of both our ceremony and reception spaces. On top of that, they organized all their rental items in labeled boxes, which made it easy to sort out what was theirs and what was ours at the end of the night. Cheers and Charm Events brought reliability and organization to our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for better partners in making our day special.

From our first meeting, Cheers and Charm Events made it clear they had done this before. Abbey and her team were organized and informative, walking us through every detail so we knew exactly what to expect. They prioritized our needs at every turn, always showing up prepared and on time, which gave me the peace of mind to actually enjoy being a bride instead of stressing about logistics. The best part? Multiple guests told me I seemed like the most carefree bride they'd ever seen, and that's entirely because Cheers and Charm handled everything behind the scenes. Their friendly approach made the whole planning process feel collaborative rather than stressful. We couldn't have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life.

Working with Cheers & Charms was an amazing experience! Even though we started working with them with less than 8 months till the wedding, Abbey was able to put us at ease from the very first call before we even fully sign up with them. During that call she provided us with a general outline and timeline of things we need to figure out as well as cost estimates for the different vendors and items that we would need. Once we started working with her, she made sure to meet with us regularly but also to understand our busy schedules and our ability to tackle things at different times due to our other responsibilities. She did wonderful research, always coming back with multiple options that all would be a great fit for us and providing us with a detailed breakdown of why we could go with one instead of the other. She also did an amazing job keeping everything well organized and available for us to review at any time as well as being proactive by letting us know about some nice to haves that we may want as well that fit within our budget. From the get-go she also worked with us on the wedding design, letting us take the time to settle on the options that look best for us iteration after iteration She was very detailed with her day of coordination as well, working with all the vendors to make sure everything works well in terms of timeline as well as planning our ceremony. Abbey and Devin both were with us during the rehearsal and throughout the wedding day. They made sure everyone knew their part in the ceremony and practiced it with us until we felt confident and ready. On the wedding day, they were the first to arrive and last to leave - they didn’t only direct other vendors to set up things, but they directly jumped in and took care of getting thing in place and setting up everything. They were a great support for us throughout the wedding - dealing with even the smallest hiccups as they arose as well as regularly checking in with us to make sure we are well taken care of. Overall, we have been recommending Cheers & Charm to all of our friends & family, and we would also highly recommend them to anyone considering looking for a planner or a day of coordinator. They were amazing and so kind, the absolute best!

Abbey and Devin are the best! We hired them for day of coordination and they delivered an exceptional experience for everyone. From supporting with planning, to taking down all the materials and decorations - and everything in between like sowing my wife into her dress, supporting with videos, figuring out a projector and the blow up screen - they nailed it. All of our guests had the best time, and many said that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended - Abbey and Devin played a major part in the magic and ease of our wedding. Thanks the this amazing team, we had a virtually stress free and completely magical and enjoyable wedding (from the planning phase all the way to the morning after). To anyone who is looking beyond skills and also cares about inclusivity (particularly with the LGBTQ+ community), my wife and I are so happy that we worked with Abbey and Devin.
