Wedding Planner & Coordinator

Edenhart Events is a husband-and-wife wedding planning and coordination team serving couples throughout Central Florida and beyond. We created our business after experiencing firsthand how overwhelming wedding planning can feel. Our passion is bringing peace, organization, and meaningful support to every couple so they can remain present and genuinely enjoy their engagement and wedding day. We offer planning, coordination, décor support, and personalized add-ons such as bridal shower, bachelor and bachelorette celebration, honeymoon, rehearsal, and wedding-morning planning.

What sets Edenhart Events apart is our personal two-planner approach. Lily focuses on supporting the bride and her wedding party, while Alephe supports the groom and his party, helping both partners feel equally cared for throughout the experience. We provide thoughtful, organized, and multilingual service in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Our couples also have the flexibility to customize their experience with planning and coordination for the rehearsal, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette celebration, honeymoon, morning of, and other important moments surrounding the wedding. We also offer monthly payment plans!

    Peaceful wedding planning and coordination

    They are the most detailed, calm and organized people I know! It is always so good to be around them and so peaceful to work with them! The best choice of wedding planners someone can ever have, would recommend over and over again, me and my fiancée are so grateful to have them with us!

Me and my husband both coordinate weddings and events to make sure everyone is included, taken care of, and that no detail goes unnoticed by us!
We plan all kinds of events, trips, honeymoons, showers, bachelorette and bachelor parties, and so much more 🤍
We do not take multiple weddings in a day. Our days are focused on only one wedding to make sure the couple’s experience is great and the level of professionalism we deliver is outstanding.
We always have at least three to five meetings if you are only looking for day of management/coordinator. If you want full planning or partial, unlimited meetings, communication and conversation will be included in your package.
My background combines wedding and event planning with years of management, client service, scheduling, vendor coordination, and overseeing fast-paced events from start to finish. Through Edenhart Events & Co., my husband and I work together to provide hands-on wedding planning and management, with a strong focus on making both partners feel supported throughout the process. I specialize in detailed timelines, vendor communication, logistics, design guidance, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day execution. My goal is always to create an organized experience behind the scenes so our couples can be fully present and enjoy their day.
