With a degree in Public Relations and over 10 years of leadership, event coordination, and customer service experience, I bring organization, communication, and calm to every celebration. After planning my own wedding, I knew I wanted to help other couples truly enjoy theirs. Partial Planning includes everything in wedding day coordination, plus additional guidance leading up to your celebration. I’ll help with vendor communication, logistics, planning details, timeline development, and keeping everything organized so you feel supported from planning through “I do.”	Starting at $2,500 + travel expenses Bringing your celebration away from home? I’ll help coordinate the moving pieces so you can focus on the experience. Destination coordination includes pre-wedding planning support, vendor communication, timeline and logistics management, and on-site wedding day coordination. Travel and accommodations are quoted separately based on the destination and event needs.	Starting at $700 Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and want to relax and enjoy their special day. I step in before the wedding to review your plans, coordinate with vendors, finalize the wedding-day timeline, and manage the flow of your celebration. On wedding day, I’m your point person—handling the details, troubleshooting the unexpected, and keeping everything on schedule so you can simply enjoy the moment.

Jessenia was amazing!!!
Working with Jess at Happy Thoughts was truly a game-changer for our wedding planning. So glad we had Jessenia there!
Jessenia was amazing! She kept everything organized and running smoothly and took so much stress off of us. She was always checking in, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be, and handling things behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the day.
