Hi, I’m Sara, the owner and lead planner behind Iris Rose Weddings & Events. I’m a Tucson wedding planner and coordinator who loves taking all of the moving pieces of a wedding and turning them into a day that feels organized, intentional and completely yours. Whether you need someone to take over the details as your wedding approaches or help plan everything from the beginning, my goal is to make the process feel manageable and the wedding day feel effortless. You should be celebrating with your favorite people, not checking the timeline or wondering whether the caterer arrived.

I’m hands-on, organized and calm when things inevitably shift. I don’t believe wedding planning should mean handing your day over to someone else. I’m here to understand what matters to you, keep track of the details and make sure everything comes together the way you envisioned it. On the wedding day, I’m coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, handling setup and solving the little problems you hopefully never even hear about. With options ranging from day-of coordination to full planning, you can get the level of support you actually need without paying for services you don’t.

    Absolutely a YES!

    Iris Rose Photography, Iris Rose Events - Day of Wedding Coordination, and Rose Pedal Creamery were absolutely the best choices we made for our wedding vendors. It was like getting three amazing services in one package, and honestly, it felt like a steal! The team traveled all the way to Christopher Creek, Arizona, for our special day, and their work ethic and personalities fit the vibe seamlessly. I can’t thank everyone enough for making our May wedding the best day of our lives! Every time we look back on that day, we remember how integral they were to the experience! If you’re on the hunt for an Arizona wedding planner, a day-of coordinator, a talented photographer, or even a fun addition like a dessert bicycle, definitely give them a shot. You won’t regret it! I can promise you that!     Amazing decorator!

    I hired iris rose as a decorator for my big day. From the start the professionalism and quick communication was outstanding. Their work ethic in creating such a beautiful wedding day for us was unparalleled. Iris Rose was on time, efficient, and extremely professional throughout the entire planning process, giving advice where needed. Yes, Iris Rose has a team of talented and vibrant individuals! Iris Rose is a family affair—husband and wife, Ryan and Sara, are present at most events! Sara is the lead planner and the rest of the team jumps in to help with higher guest counts. Some people you might meet along with Ryan and Sara at your wedding: Gianna, Cory, Katie, Maddie, Erin and Lily ❤️
Yes, absolutely. We help plan just about anything! Proposals, showers, birthdays, corporate events—we do it all! (But weddings are our favorite 😘)
It depends on the weekend and what services are booked, but usually yes, one wedding per weekend.
It depends on the package you select! Any where from one, 1 hour meeting to several over the course of a planning period. For full planning, I usually meet with a couple twice a month for one hour each in the first month after the consultation, then one meeting per month until the month preceding the event where there are two final 1 hour meetings.
