In the weeks leading up, I organize your details, build your timeline, and connect with your vendors so everything runs smoothly. On the day of, I manage logistics, handle any issues, and keep things on track so you can be fully present and actually enjoy your wedding.

An elevated full-service Micro-Wedding & Elopement Planning experience, handling every detail from vendor coordination to on-the-day execution. Designed for intimate celebrations, this service ensures a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable wedding within 100 miles of St. Louis. Also available for destination micro-weddings and elopements, with pricing determined by location and travel requirements.

Contrary to the name, my day-of coordination actually begins about six weeks before your wedding. I work closely with you to finalize timelines, confirm vendor details, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues. On your wedding day, I’m your go-to person — managing vendors, overseeing setup, and making sure everything runs according to plan. I handle any unexpected hiccups so you and your loved ones can focus on enjoying every moment.

    Simply the best-Ally checked every box & then some

    I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ally/Jovial Planning & Coordination. From our initial conversation to the final days leading up to our big day, Ally felt like a friend. She didn't just listen to what we envisioned for our big day, she really heard us. While I had a pretty clear vision of what the day should look like aesthetically speaking, the experience, energy and flow was just as, if not more important, and Ally got it - and made it all happen! From working out the details of our cocktail hour ceremony to moving several decorative 6' tall branches from one space to the next without anyone noticing, she handled every detail with a calm and confident ease - allowing us to be 100% present in our day. As a pretty particular bride, who designed/built every detail of that day, I handed the reigns over with zero hesitation and we had the ABSOLUTE BEST DAY IMAGINABLE!! 10/10

    Amazing

    We are so so thankful we got to work with Ally for our wedding!!! Best decision ever. My husband and I wanted to prioritize spending time with our friends, family, and each other without taking on the mental load of playing host. In the planning stages, Ally was perfect at running through all the details of our decorations and asking all the right questions for things we hadn't thought of. She was thorough in her planning and communication, and so approachable and comforting. Annabelle, her assistant, also lead our rehearsal as well with such grace and knowledge. We all felt ready and comfortable by the end and knew that our big day was left in the right hands with the both of them. Thank you both for a great night!!!

    Ally is amazing!!

    Ally was our day of coordinator for our Sept. 2026 wedding at the Marquee at New Town. She is so easy to work with - responsive, informative, caring and organized. She made our wedding day truly seamless and I did not have to worry about a single detail. I simply showed up and got to enjoy the day! I cannot recommend working with Ally enough!

    Amazing Planner and Coordinator

    We absolutely love working with Ally! As a wedding coordinator, she is organized, professional, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. She does an amazing job keeping all the moving pieces of a wedding day on track while making sure the couple can relax and enjoy their day. From a venue perspective, having a coordinator who communicates well, pays attention to the details, and works seamlessly with the venue and other vendors makes such a difference—and Ally does exactly that.     Best Choice Ever

    I was on the fence about getting a day of coordinator and had a call with Ally and loved her and it was the best decision ever. She was amazing with needing a pretty big hair and makeup schedule change. She made everything day of run smooth and made a rain plan without me knowing (because it would stress me out).
