Our boutique, limited-client approach ensures that every event we plan receives the attention, care, and creativity it deserves.

Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is ideal for couples who have already begun planning but need professional guidance to bring everything together smoothly. Whether you’ve selected your venue, booked a few key vendors, or outlined your vision, we step in to refine the details, fill in the gaps, and ensure your wedding day is beautifully executed.

Our Month-Of Wedding Coordination Package is designed for couples who have handled most of the planning but want a professional to step in during the final stretch. We come in at the 6-week mark to identify remaining planning tasks, take over vendor communication, create your wedding day timeline & floor plan, and ensure every detail you’ve planned is executed flawlessly so you can relax, be present, and fully enjoy your wedding day.

    LOVED working with Kayla at Momentum

    Kayla was such a pleasure to work with! She was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable as a wedding planner. I really appreciated how prepared and organized she was on the day of, making sure all of the vendors were on the same page.     Bridal Shower

    “Momentum Event Co catered my daughter’s bridal shower, and they did the most beautiful job. The theme was Lemons & Lace, and the attention to detail was incredible. When my daughter saw the shower, she started crying happy tears — she was completely blown away by how gorgeous everything was.     Graduation Party Made Simple

    Momentum Event Planners was absolutely exceptional for my daughter’s graduation party. Savannah and her team took every ounce of stress out of the planning process, from sourcing and coordinating vendors to tracking timelines and details I would never have had time to manage on my own. I truly could not have pulled this event together without them. What stood out most was Savannah’s dedication on the day of the event. She arrived early at my home, handled setup seamlessly, and coordinated directly with all vendors so I didn’t have to answer questions or solve problems. Because of her, I was able to actually relax, be present, and fully enjoy celebrating my daughter. If you are looking for a team that is professional, organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in making your event perfect, Momentum Event Planners is it.     A Beautifully Intentional Team

    I had the chance to photograph Momentum’s branding, and it was truly so impressive to see how quickly they transformed the studio into such a thoughtfully designed space. They considered every little detail from the flatlays to the tablescape and everything in between, it was really fun getting to be there and watch it all come together. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Savannah in the event industry before, and she is someone who truly cares. She’s incredibly attentive, always putting her couples first, and brings such a calm, reassuring presence to every event. She treats each celebration with the same care and intention as if it were her own. Kayla, her business partner, brings such a fun liveliness and an extra layer of creativity. With her background in venue coordination, she has an amazing ability to see a space not just for what it is, but for what it can be. Together, they feel like such a natural team, and I genuinely have no doubt they’ll create meaningful, unforgettable moments throughout the Charleston area and beyond.

No. Momentum is a boutique planning company that emphasizes a high-touch approach, regardless of the size or scope of the event. As a result, we only take on a select amount of clients to ensure that each occasion receives the attention it deserves.
Yes! Our planning duo has experience in planning all sorts of events, from intimate dinners parties to milestone celebrations. Ask us about planning your bachelorette, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or other events.
At Momentum, we believe in treating every event as if it were our own. It is a tremendous honor to be entrusted with such a significant occasion, and it is our honor to bring your dream day to life.
We recommend booking Momentum as early as possible, especially for Full-Service Planning. Most couples book us 9–18 months before their wedding, but we occasionally have availability for weddings happening sooner. For Month-of Coordination, we typically begin working with couples about 6 weeks before the wedding, but we recommend securing your date 6–9 months in advance to ensure availability. If your wedding is less than 6 months away, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to let you know what we have available!
We work with a wide range of wedding sizes, from intimate celebrations to larger weddings with 200+ guests. Our sweet spot is typically around 75–200 guests, where we can provide the personalized, detail-driven experience Momentum is known for. No matter the guest count, we take on a limited number of weddings each year so that every couple receives the time, attention, and support they deserve.
Momentum is based in Charleston, SC and primarily serves couples throughout Charleston and the Lowcountry, as well as destination couples planning their weddings in the area. We also service Dallas, TX and nationwide. If you're planning somewhere outside of Charleston, reach out—we'd love to chat about your plans and see if we're the right fit!

Unlike a traditional “day-of” coordinator, Momentum steps in 6 weeks before your wedding. We take the time to understand your plans, review vendor contracts and logistics, build your timeline, connect with your vendor team, and catch details that may have been overlooked. We also take on a limited number of weddings so each couple receives personalized, hands-on support. Our goal is to make the weeks leading up to your wedding day feel effortless.
