Before become a wedding planner, I developed applications as a software engineer. I now use those same problem-solving skills and attention to detail to look over contracts and orchestrate large scale events. I use my developer’s precision to handle the complexities behind the scenes, ensuring that your celebration is an authentic, perfectly executed expression of your own unique story.

    From the very beginning, Caitlin was incredibly communicative and took the time to truly understand my vision. She consistently asked for feedback, wanted to know what I loved and what I didn't, and made me feel heard throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond by creating a mock-up of our table settings, which helped bring everything to life before the big day. She also assisted with designing our menus and stationery, ensuring every detail felt cohesive, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. She also helped with bringing the escort cards to life.     Best coordinator ever!!

    From start to finish, working with Caitlin was a game-changer for our wedding day. Caitlin was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed to brainstorm ideas, and she genuinely listened to what we wanted. On the day of, she handled everything with such grace. She oversaw our table decorations, directed guests and vendors, kept us on schedule, and was even there with tissues during the ceremony when everyone was crying (we love her for that!). Her attention to detail meant nothing important fell through the cracks, and the whole day felt effortless because she was working behind the scenes. We can't recommend Caitlin enough to couples looking for a planner who actually cares and delivers.

Yes! I regularly plan destination weddings alongside my Bay Area and Dallas clients. I handle the added logistics that come with planning from a distance such as vendor sourcing for a location you may have never visited, communication across time zones, and organizing hotel blocks and shuttles for guests. Reach out with your destination in mind and we can talk through what support looks like for your specific location.
Usually, yes. A venue coordinator manages the venue's responsibilities including the space, in-house staff, and their own timeline, not your overall wedding. They typically don't help with vendor selection, design, or coordinate vendors booked outside the venue. A wedding planner makes sure everything, venue included, comes together the way you envisioned. Many of my clients use both together, working as a team rather than duplicating efforts.
It depends on your package. Full Planning includes regular, biweekly check-ins and the occasional vendor meetings. Partial Planning includes check-ins every month. Day-of Coordination includes one or two planning calls beforehand. You can grab a time that works for you anytime using my scheduling link, and I'm also reachable by email between check-ins if something comes up.
Yes! I offer standalone planning and coordination for bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding-related events either as an add-on for my planning clients or as a separate booking. Reach out with details on what you're celebrating.
No, I take on one wedding per day to ensure my full attention is on you and your event, with no divided time or last-minute conflicts. During your wedding season, I may have other clients' weddings on different dates, but never overlapping with yours.
