Rogan Events is a full service wedding planning firm based in the Hudson Valley, serving couples throughout New England and the Northeast. We specialize in tented weddings on private estates, vineyards, and private homes where every element of the celebration must be thoughtfully planned and built from the ground up. Our role is to bring structure and experienced leadership to the planning process. From early planning decisions through the final moments of the celebration, we guide the work behind the scenes so the day feels effortless for our couples and their guests.

Tented weddings on private property require a different level of planning. Power, lighting, catering infrastructure, transportation, weather plans, and a carefully assembled team of professionals all have to come together seamlessly. This is the work we know well. Clients come to us for calm leadership, clear communication, and the confidence that every detail of the day is being handled with care and precision.

Description	Our full service planning is designed for couples who want experienced leadership throughout the process. From venue scouting and vendor selection to design, logistics, and weekend management, we oversee every detail with clarity and care. Many of the weddings we plan take place on private estates and tented landscapes where thoughtful planning and steady leadership make the entire celebration feel seamless.	Planning a destination wedding requires an experienced planner who understands how to manage a celebration from afar. We plan weddings throughout New England, the Hudson Valley, and select U.S. destinations. From venue scouting and travel logistics to design and the full wedding weekend schedule, we organize the details so the entire experience runs smoothly for you and your guests.	Event management is suited for couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced planner to step in and take the lead. Beginning eight weeks before the wedding, we review logistics, confirm vendors, draft and refine the timeline, and oversee the wedding day with calm leadership. This service works best for venues with strong on-site support. Tented weddings or private properties often require a higher level of planning.

Day of Coordination
I booked Stacey for day-of coordination for my wedding, and unfortunately, my experience was very different from the positive impression I had over the phone. I do want to mention that her bridal attendant and assistant planner were wonderful, respectful, and helpful throughout the day. My biggest issue was Stacey’s attitude and lack of professionalism. She was consistently condescending and rude to my family, bridal party, and even venue staff, and multiple people commented on her behavior to me afterward. Despite arriving hours before the ceremony, much of the decor was still not set up when I returned from photos around 4 PM, even though guests were arriving shortly after at 4:15pm. When I asked about it, I was repeatedly told, “I have it under control, don’t worry about it,” but things were either incomplete or not set up as I had specifically requested to the point where I was going to step in but was told to go to the bridal suite. I was told that she was "too hot" and that she was waiting all day for the assistant coordinator to put out the decor once she arrived at 3:30pm so I'm not sure what the point of her arriving at 11:30-12pm was. I was especially disappointed because I hired a day-of coordinator so I could relax and trust that these details would be handled. Instead, I spent part of my wedding day worrying about things that should have been taken care of. Overall, I felt there was a lack of professionalism, organization, and urgency, and the attitude I experienced made an already stressful day more difficult. Based on my experience, I unfortunately would not recommend Stacey for wedding coordination service.

From the moment we first met with Stacy, we felt confident that our wedding would go as planned. Throughout the planning process, she was not only organized and professional, but also a thoughtful sounding board for our ideas. She asked insightful questions, brought up important details we hadn’t considered, and helped us make decisions that aligned with our vision. On the day of the wedding, Stacy and her team were nothing short of amazing. They managed the setup and breakdown seamlessly, coordinated with all of our vendors, and executed all of our small details. From keeping us on schedule to guiding our guests where they needed to be, Stacy handled everything with care, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. We are so grateful to Stacy for making our wedding day feel effortless and for ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. She truly allowed us to be present in the moment and soak it all in.

Couldn't ask for more in a wedding planner!
Stacey did an amazing job with helping to plan our wedding. Nothing about our wedding day was conventional but she helped put everything together in a seamless way and the day went perfectly. She was a total blessing and such a pleasure to work with every step of the way!
