We believe in providing the best experience possible from our first phone call, until after your wedding day. We strive to have quick and efficient communication, invest into the best client resources for our couples, and treat each wedding day as if it were our own. Kind Staff, but Room for Improvement
Constructive Feedback We had a relatively small wedding, so we understood that we didn’t require the same level of coordination as a larger wedding. However, we still would have appreciated the same level of attention, care, and service that would be provided to a larger event. There were a couple of meetings that were missed, including our initial introduction. Unfortunately, our assigned coordinator also had an emergency on our wedding day and another coordinator stepped in. I completely understand that emergencies happen and appreciate that someone was available to assist. However, our contract was for two coordinators, and ultimately only one was present. The basic setup and cleanup services we requested were completed, which we appreciated. However, there were several smaller details that were important to us that unfortunately fell through the cracks. We received the wrong card box, our cards were placed into my personal bag without anyone letting me know, and the glassware and silverware that belonged to us were returned very dirty. We also requested only the smooth candle pillars but received a mixture of styles. Everyone we interacted with was kind and pleasant, and I truly appreciate the help we received on our wedding day. That said, when hiring a professional coordination service, I believe the value is not only in completing the basic tasks, but also in the attention to detail and execution of the smaller things that can make a big difference on such an important day. We ultimately chose this vendor because of the many positive reviews, so I was honestly surprised that our experience did not quite align with what we had read from other couples. I understand that every wedding is different, and I also recognize that ours was a smaller event, but I would have appreciated feeling that our wedding received the same level of care and attention regardless of its size. I’m sharing this feedback constructively and hope it can help improve communication, attention to detail, and consistency for future couples.

Save the Date Planning was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first meeting, Johnna was incredibly responsive, organized, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. She scheduled regular check-in meetings to ensure we were on track, and Johnna's amazing sense of humor and calming presence was a true gift on the big day. She handled every detail seamlessly, and even surprised me with a thoughtful addition to my bridal bouquet and the sweetest pep talk before I walked down the aisle. Save the Date Planning's expertise, organization, and personalized service were invaluable, and we could not have pulled off such a special day without them. We hired Johnna as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was truly such an angel to work with. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the services she provides and she was always super quick to respond. She was so sweet, reassuring, and helpful through the entire process. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to check in and offered to handle any tasks or communication that I needed help with. She took the time to plan phone calls with me even when I just needed someone to listen to everything going on in my mind with the planning process. She took so much weight off my shoulders in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Kat, Casey, and Anna and WOW. I was truly speechless at how incredible the whole team was. They took my vision and brought it to life so seamlessly! We had multiple snags in the morning, putting us behind in our timeline by about an hour. But the team of girls worked quickly and quietly behind the scenes to smooth everything out and get us back on track, without me even realizing. My florals were over an hour late and I didn’t even know it because they swooped in and got it all straightened out before anyone even mentioned it to me. They also handled all of the tear down and cleanup for us as well and had all of our items neatly packed up ready for us to take home. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Johnna and her team, I am so grateful to have had them be a part of our special day. Our wedding day was an absolute dream come true and it couldn’t have happened as smoothly as it did without the Save the Date team. If you’re looking for a planner or coordinator - HIRE JOHNNA. You will NOT be disappointed in the slightest!! Thank you SO much Johnna, Kat, Anna, and Casey!

Stress free day
Johnna was phenomenal to work with. I knew when I first spoke with her over the phone that she was going to be excellent. She made my vision come to life and I did not feel any stress day of because I knew she would take care of everything for me. She was willing to step in and help any way to keep me stress free! The morning of my wedding, she came to my house where we were getting ready and transported my dress and my bridesmaids’ to the venue so we didn’t have to cram them in our car. She also packed up all my decor at the end of the wedding and dropped them off the next week because we weren’t able to take the boxes the night of the wedding. Thank you so much for everything you did, you are amazing!!
