Wave & Veil specializes in wedding design, styling, and day-of coordination for couples who want a beautiful and stress-free wedding day. We help bring your vision to life by styling ceremony and reception spaces, coordinating vendors, and managing the behind-the-scenes details. From setup to end-of-night breakdown, our goal is to create a seamless experience so you and your loved ones can relax and truly enjoy the celebration.

Wave & Veil was created for couples who have already put thought and care into planning their wedding but don’t want to spend the day managing it. Many of our couples have a clear vision and have planned many of the details themselves. What they need is a trusted team to step in, bring everything together, and make sure their plans are executed beautifully. From setting up ceremony and reception spaces to coordinating vendors and handling breakdown at the end of the night, we take care of the behind-the-scenes details. This allows you and your loved ones to feel relaxed, present, and able to fully enjoy every moment of the celebration.

    I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lindsey! She exceeded every expectation I had and was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the planning process all the way through the wedding day, Lindsey was there for me through EVERYTHING. She talked me off the ledge more times than I can count, answered all of my questions, helped me think through details I never would have considered, and somehow always made me feel like everything was going to work out. And honestly, if it weren’t for Lindsey, we probably wouldn’t have even had dinnerware at our wedding — which pretty much sums up how much I needed her! And then there were the decorations. I had a vision for how I wanted our wedding to look, but Lindsey completely exceeded it. Walking in and seeing everything for the first time absolutely blew me away. She took what I had imagined and somehow made it even more beautiful. Every detail came together perfectly, and our wedding was genuinely more beautiful than I ever pictured it being. What makes it even better is the value of everything Lindsey provides. Before finding her, I had looked into several other options that were significantly more expensive, and many of those prices would have covered either décor OR day-of coordination — not both. With Lindsey, we truly got the best of both worlds and so much more. Looking back at everything she did for us, I genuinely cannot believe how much was included for what we paid. On the wedding day, she made everything feel effortless. I didn’t have to worry about timelines, decorations, vendors, or the million little things happening behind the scenes. I could actually be present, enjoy my husband, our family and friends, and soak in the day because I knew Lindsey had everything handled. I am so incredibly grateful for her. She wasn’t just our wedding coordinator — she was my voice of reason, problem solver, decorator, and sanity saver throughout the entire process. If you are considering hiring Lindsey, DO IT. The quality, the value, the attention to detail, and the peace of mind she gave me were absolutely unmatched. I would choose her again a thousand times over. She truly helped give us the wedding of our dreams, and I cannot recommend her enough!

    We Love Wave & Veil!

    We hired Wave & Veil to do the set up and take down for our ceremony/elopement, and a big reception a few weeks later — Lindsey did a fantastic job, and we are so glad we found her! From start to finish Lindsey was friendly, communicative, and eager to bring our vision to life. We were able to meet multiple times in-person, as well as frequently chatting and planning over text. Lindsey and her team took the stress off us on our bigs days —managing our other vendors and logistics with space and setup— allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding and celebration with our family. If you are a bride that has the small details planned, but need a team to help bring your vision to life, I highly recommend Lindsey at Wave & Veil!

    So beyond worth it!!!

    Booking Lindsey as our coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, she was organized, calm, and incredibly thoughtful about every detail. She truly understood our vision and made sure everything came together seamlessly on the big day. Throughout the day she kept vendors on schedule, managed the timeline perfectly, and made sure our families knew exactly where to be and when. Because of her we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment instead of worrying about logistics. If you’re considering hiring Lindsey — do it. Having someone who is experienced, proactive, and is ready to take the bull by the horns makes all the difference. She didn’t just coordinate, she made sure everything was stress-free and unforgettable. I cannot recommend her enough!

    Definitely book them!!!

    I can’t recommend Wave & Veil enough. Lindsey helped with the design setup for our daughter’s wedding and it truly allowed our family to relax and enjoy the day instead of worrying about decorating. The ceremony space and reception tables were styled beautifully and everything looked just as we envisioned. She also coordinated with vendors during setup which took a lot of pressure off of us. One of the biggest blessings was knowing everything would also be packed up at the end of the night. Lindsey was calm, organized, and genuinely cared about making the day special. We’re so grateful we had her there.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Amazing!!!!

    Working with Wave & Veil was such a great experience. Lindsey helped bring all of our décor ideas together and made sure everything was set up perfectly before guests arrived. The greenery backdrop and draping she installed turned out even better than I imagined. She was also great about communicating leading up to the wedding which made the planning process feel much easier. On the wedding day she handled all the setup and stayed organized with vendors during arrival times. At the end of the night everything was packed up so our families didn’t have to worry about it. It made the entire day feel smooth and stress-free.
