Was everything perfect 👌 nice employees 👍

The resort grounds and pools were nice, But my problem was the rooms and the pool outside our room (camelback buildings). The lower pool was super hot, cloudy, floating bugs, bread chunks and debris, it was not comfortable to even put your feet in. As for the room, the floors and carpet were very dirty, Made my family's feet black so quickly. The bathtub was rusted and the toilet would not flush unless you sat there and held the handle down for 30 seconds. The rooms also felt pretty dated and the beds/mattress was horrible, it was very worn and felt like a crater in the middle. I went up to the front desk twice to the front desk because after the first night the mattress spring popped and poked my back which led to little / no sleep. We reserved two separate rooms and When I brought this to the attention of the front desk employees they said they will "see what they can do about the mattress" or we can move you rooms, so it seemed i got little to no help after I said but we are in side by side rooms and done want to separate the family. Unfortunately even after the second night of horrible sleep, the resort did nothing to fix the issue after I went to the front desk again. For a staycation aspect, the restaurants food was good, but how is it reasonable for a club sandwich to be $26, I feel this is a bit excessive and the menu should have some variety in prices (like for steak... $74 for a 8oz filet?!? I mean Ruth Chris is $20 cheaper, so this is why i am bring up a issue with prices) ... but really the rooms is really making me consider never come there or stay at that resort again.

Hands down best resort in Phoenix AZ! I love the lazy river OMG! Will staycation there every 6 months!

Really amazing stay. Great service (the gentleman who checked me on Sunday was so lovely) and the water park was clean and I think maybe salt water?! Loved the pool by the room too. My only complaint is that the food and drinks at the water park were wildly expensive and I feel like the rooms should come with a couple water bottles (they were $6 each for Aquafina)

Our stay was pleasant and service was great. We had massages and both our massage therapist were fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy. The only complaint we had was our bedroom was a little too hot for us even with adjusting the thermostat and keeping the door to the living area open.
