Sophisticated, elegant and glam
Avenir was a beautiful venue inside and outside. We had our ceremony outdoors and reception inside. All of the spaces are very elegant and sophisticated. We worked with Kayla as our event producer and she was amazing. She was very communicative, provided lots of information and answered our many questions throughout the process. The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests loved it. Avenir also has a list of preferred vendors who we'd highly recommend utilizing. As two brides, we felt very celebrated by all venue staff and would recommend Avenir for other same sex marriages.

An elegant venue with an exceptional staff
If you’re looking for an all-around elegant venue with an excellent staff and a great food and drink selection, this is the venue for you. This higher end, yet reasonable venue had beautiful reception hall with a large dance floor, high quality furniture/nice chandeliers and of course high quality food and drinks. The outside of the venue was also really nice and with great area for pictures. Exactly what we were looking for. Just as important as the venue itself are the staff. Kayla, our event producer, and her staff, were exceptional from the day we committed to the venue almost a year ago to each touchpoint we’ve had leading up to the wedding and of course the day of. She walked through everything we needed each step of the way and reassured us that things would work as expected, in terms of vendors and all the day of activities, when we were getting a little more stressed as the day approached. Kayla and her team were very accommodating and did whatever it took to ensure our special day was flawless, and it certainly was. She and her staff were very easy to work with and executed on all that we discussed. If you’re considering having your reception at Avenir, I would highly recommend reaching out and taking a tour. It fit the vision we had for our wedding day, and it may just do the same for you if anything above resonated with you. Can’t thank Avenir enough for making our day so special!

We had my wedding last Friday and everything went absolutely perfect and that is all due to the team at Avenir! Everything went seamlessly and there were no issues and I didn't think about any of the planning once. I am so thankful to Kayla, she has been my go to since the start and has made planning so clear and straight forward. Also so thankful for Kattie for being my right hand and getting me everything I could need or want the day of! The food was also delicious!

Amazing!
From start to finish, Sydney was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions, was incredibly responsive, and remained flexible throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day, Sydney was on top of every detail, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. Even when unexpected mishaps came up, she handled every situation with professionalism, grace, and a calm demeanor that put us at ease. Our bridal attendant Amy was top notch and was a pleasure to work with. Avenir is a stunning venue, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate our wedding there. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making both us and our guests feel so well taken care of. We are truly grateful to Sydney and the entire Avenir team for helping make our wedding day so memorable!

BEST WEDDING VENUE
Avenir was the perfect wedding venue for us. The Avenir team and my event coordinator Sydney made wedding planning so seamless! My guests are still raving about the great food and how much fun they had at the wedding. Highly recommend considering Avenir or any of the Saphire Estate venues as a wedding venue because of their great team of professionals that will help you every step of the way!
