Working with the team at Bally Spring Inn was easy from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and helpful, which made planning feel simple instead of overwhelming. The value was there, especially when it came to the food. It was genuinely great, and our guests are still talking about it. Overall, they delivered exactly what we needed and helped make the day come together seamlessly.

Bally Spring Inn was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. From the first time we contacted them, the staff was incredibly clear and kind in their communication, guiding us through every step of the planning process. The coordination on the day of the wedding was fantastic - the team made sure everything ran smoothly so we could just enjoy ourselves. The space itself is stunning, with beautiful landscaping and a charming historic building. And the food was absolutely delicious - our guests raved about it. Given the amazing quality of their work and the great price, Bally Spring Inn provided incredible value. We are so grateful to them for helping make our special day perfect.

Would not recommend

We got married on 10/10 and it will be truly an incredible day due to our family and friends. While the venue was beautiful and supportive staff (shoutout to Amelia!) were great, the leadership and organization during the planning process and day of were a mess and we did not get what we paid for. Many of the things we were promised fell through and required us to remind Brandy day of, even though it was all discussed prior to the date in planning meetings (which Brandy even forgot to attend, leaving us sitting at the venue for 50 minutes). Both wedding parties were left without water all morning despite being promised multiple water stations in the getting ready space. Since no one was on the property until an hour after the mentioned time, I was left carrying a pitcher over from the reception space. Decor was not just put in the wrong spot, which wouldn't have been a big deal, but left out entirely, leaving me to fix all the mistakes when I should have been enjoying my wedding day to the fullest. The moment before walking with my father down the aisle was spent correcting cocktail hour decor, they even forgot to serve one of our promised hors d'oeuvres that we paid for. Brandy required us to be constantly on our toes and remembering details that we entrusted her with remembering as we put it on the planning forms. I no longer recommend this venue to anyone as a bride and groom deserve to enjoy the fruits of their labor on their wedding day, and we were not given that. For how much their prices increased, the quality of the experience and rooms decreased.

We just had our wedding at Bally Spring Inn and are very happy with how everything turned out! First off, the property is beautiful. Having access to the whole property, you have a ton of places to get the perfect wedding pictures. Additionally, the staff does a wonderful job tending to all of the landscaping and making sure everything looks beautiful. When we were looking for a venue, we wanted a location that had plenty of space, and Bally Spring Inn definitely offers that. We were lucky to have wonderful weather, which allowed us to do an outdoor ceremony at the gazebo, next to the small creek. After the ceremony, we moved to the cocktail hour location, situated underneath the backside of the main barn, where there is a patio area. This space then transitions nicely into the indoor barn area, where the dinner was held. On top of this, the main barn is already beautiful, so adding in flowers and other decorations just adds to it. We'd like to give a shout out to Brandy, who helped tame the chaos of the weekend and allowed us to enjoy the celebrating to the fullest. She worked with us along the way to handle the planning and make sure everything was perfect for the weekend. On Friday night, we had a rehearsal dinner that turned into a bigger gathering than we had anticipated (and what we had originally told Brandy, oops). Despite our surprise, Brandy expertly navigated the change and ensured things ran smoothly. On our wedding day, Brandy somehow managed to be a little bit of everywhere, making sure we didn't need to worry about the small (or big) stuff. If there were any crises, we were not aware of them, so a big thank you to Brandy! Overall, we really enjoyed our wedding day / weekend at Bally Spring. The property and venue spaces are beautiful, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and we were able to enjoy our weekend to the fullest. Would definitely recommend!

I officiated a wedding for my best friends at the venue--it was a scenic property, the decorations were beautiful, but best of all was the staff! Brandy (the coordinator) was extremely kind and accommodating to last minute changes to the rehearsal dinner and ceremony. She was knowledgeable, efficient, made the event seamless, and a pleasure to be around! As was the rest of the staff, especially Sam and Jill who made special requests at the bar and were super friendly! The staff all worked hard and made us feel welcomed, and the storybook wedding went flawlessly because of it!
