Truly Above and Beyond
Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but working with Shannon and John at Bay Vista Ballroom made the entire experience not only manageable—but genuinely enjoyable. From the very beginning, their flexibility and commitment to making our day exactly what we envisioned stood out. They truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail reflected our hopes and dreams, while also offering thoughtful guidance when we needed it. Shannon, in particular, has an incredible ability to take your ideas and bring them to life in ways that exceed expectations. One of the biggest advantages of Bay Vista Ballroom is how seamlessly everything comes together in one place. Their package options are thoughtfully designed to include everything you need, while still allowing for flexibility to tailor details to your style, priorities, and budget. It never felt rigid or “one size fits all”—instead, it felt like a partnership to create something uniquely ours. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We always felt informed, supported, and confident in what came next. No question was too small, and every concern was met with care and professionalism. The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious—and they were incredibly accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions, making sure all of our guests felt considered and included. What truly sets Shannon and John apart, though, is their philosophy. They are dedicated to creating a beautiful, meaningful experience that doesn’t come with unnecessary stress or overwhelming costs. You get all the perks of a stunning, well-run wedding without the pressure and anxiety that can come with more extravagant venues. They focus on what really matters—helping you create unforgettable memories. By the end of the process, they didn’t just feel like coordinators—they felt like friends. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day so special. We couldn’t recommend Shannon and John, and Bay Vista Ballroom, more highly.

Phenomenal!
Phenomenal is the best word to describe this place and the people who are there. We had our wedding there yesterday and it was everything we could have asked for. Shannon was an amazing planner and was generous and helpful with everything we needed and wanted and very easy to work with. The staff was also amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly. We had such an amazing night. Thank you so much for everything

Great Venue
Shannon and John are the absolute best in the business. They managed every single detail with flawless professionalism, genuine warmth, and a level of dedication that is truly rare. During the planning process, Shannon was a calming presence, answering our endless questions quickly and providing brilliant solutions we hadn't even thought of. On the day itself, John’s coordination was nothing short of magic. Everything flowed seamlessly—from the ceremony setup to the cocktail hour and the reception breakdown—we didn't have to worry about a single thing. They both went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life, handling last-minute vendor hiccups and even making sure we, the couple, had a moment to breathe and actually enjoy the delicious food! Their commitment allowed us to relax and simply celebrate with our family and friends. The venue itself is stunning, offering breathtaking backdrops for photos and an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming. But it’s the human element—the incredible service provided by Shannon and John—that makes this place truly special. If you are looking for a wedding venue where you feel completely supported and cared for, look no further.
