Once the working studio of renowned sculptor Gutzon Borglum, creator of Mount Rushmore, our distinctive space blends timeless character with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are known for personalized service, flexibility, and thoughtful attention to detail. Every couple has a unique vision, and our team works closely with them to create a celebration that feels truly their own. From intimate ceremonies to lively receptions, we help make each wedding seamless, memorable, and filled with moments couples and their guests will treasure for years to come.

Our 2,224-square-foot outdoor pavilion offers a charming and flexible setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, and other special celebrations. With plenty of room for dining, dancing, and gathering with loved ones, it provides a beautiful open-air atmosphere for your event.

This charming outdoor pavilion offers a flexible setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, and other celebrations. The rental includes table and chair setup, utility and cocktail tables upon request, free parking, centerpieces upon request, an on-site event manager, event time including cleanup, and a four-hour decorating allowance. Linens are included with in-house catering, and a TABC-certified bartender is included for events with 100 or more guests.

    Love this Venue

    We had our daughter’s wedding at the Borglum Studio, and it was absolutely perfect! This charming historic venue was the ideal setting for an intimate wedding. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful venue, wonderful staff, delicious food, and fantastic drinks from the bar. The entire experience was truly priceless and made such a special day even more memorable. Kudos to the entire team at Borglum Studio for helping make our daughter’s wedding everything we hoped it would be. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our event space is available year-round, and we do not have a designated peak season. We are also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever availability allows.

Yes, we offer free on-site parking, which is included in the room rental fee.
Yes, a ramp provides accessible entry into the studio. Please note that the studio restrooms are not wheelchair accessible; however, accessible restrooms are available in the nearby pro shop.
Our starting rental fee includes setup of tables and chairs; utility tables for cake, gifts, sign-in, catering, and a sweetheart or head table; cocktail tables upon request; free parking; centerpieces upon request; an on-site event manager; event time, including cleanup; and a four-hour decorating allowance. Additional decorating time may be available. Linens are included with in-house catering services, and a TABC-certified bartender is included for events with a minimum of 100 guests.
Our venue rentals require a four-hour minimum. Rates are $250 per hour Monday through Thursday and $350 per hour Friday through Sunday.
A signed contract and a $500 deposit are required to reserve your event date. The deposit is applied toward your final balance but is nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, the deposit may be transferred to another available date.
Our venue is located at 2315 Avenue B, San Antonio, TX 78215, approximately 10–15 minutes from San Antonio International Airport. Guests can reach the venue by car, rideshare, or taxi.
Outside catering is permitted for a $4-per-person fee. We also offer our own delicious catering menu—please contact us for additional details and menu options.
