About this venue
Casa Blanca is a fully renovated 6,223-square-foot estate on 3.23 private acres, just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. Couples get a private pond, a barn, and open acreage for a backdrop that feels cinematic, plus 20 on-site parking spots so logistics never become a headache for your guests. Inside, four fireplaces bring warmth and character to the common spaces, a private sauna offers a retreat within the retreat, and the chef-ready kitchen handles full-service catering with ease. Our 1,700-square-foot event hall features vaulted black-beam ceilings, skylights, and an indoor fire pit — a setting you won't find anywhere else in Northwest Indiana. Whether it's an intimate micro-wedding or a full 150-guest celebration, we're hands-on hosts who meet you personally on your day. This isn't a wedding factory. It's a private estate that happens to do weddings exceptionally well.

Converted from an enclosed pool structure into a striking, light-filled event hall with vaulted black-beam ceilings, skylights, and an indoor fire pit. "As a vendor, I've worked a lot of properties, and Casa Blanca stands out. The grounds are immaculate, the event hall is stunning with those vaulted ceilings and skylights, and there's plenty of parking so load-in is never a hassle. Rafi and Alex are easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I'd recommend it to any couple or planner looking for something special."

We celebrated our daughter's first birthday at Casa Blanca and it was perfect. The space is gorgeous — tons of room for the kids to run around, plenty of parking for our families, and the indoor/outdoor flow made the day so easy. Rafi and Alex were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend for any milestone celebration!
