This space features the main ballroom floor with ADA accessibility with plenty of room to host your entire event. Balcony and lower level accessibly by stairs only.

$120 per hour weekdays (4 hour minimum). Daily rate weekdays $850. Friday and Sundays $1700. Saturdays $2250 Extra services are available for purchase, but not necessary to rent the venue.

    The greatest place to have your event!

    The greatest place to make your dream event to come true. My recommendation is to continue giving such a great service. All the girls are wonderful. I recommend “The Marysville Opera House” for any event!! Thanks so much. I will share my pics with the house.

We offer the same prices year round.
Yes, you may bring your own beer, wine, champagne or seltzers. NO hard alcohol is allowed. A banquet permit and event liability insurance is required. Spirits cannot be sold to guests.
Street parking is available, and a few reserved spots are available in the alley behind the Opera House.
Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible on the main floor only. A ramp is available on the west side of the building through the garden gated entrance. (Balcony and lower-level caterer's kitchen accessible by stairs only.)
Your reservation is booked as a daily rate and is available from 9am-10pm. This includes the time you need to set up and clean up the venue. (Clean-up is the sole responsibility of the rental customer and is not part of the rental fee.)
The down payment of $400 is non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, other fees will apply.
Our building is located 1 minute off of I-5 in Marysville, WA and about 30-40 minutes north of Seattle Tacoma International Airport.
Yes, you need to get insurance for events that have over 100 attendees, and/or if you are serving alcohol, any size of attendance it is a requirement. If you choose to hire a licensed bartender and they have their own insurance, you are still required to get event insurance.
No, this building comes with a caterer's kitchen (in the lower level) and all supplies must be provided by the caterer or private rental customer.
No, clean-up is the sole responsibility of the renter.
