About this venue

Country Ridge Cottage is a private, vintage-style cottage on 1.6 wooded acres in Melissa, TX, 10 minutes north of McKinney. When you book, the whole property is yours: the cottage, nearly 1,900 sq ft of covered deck with string lights, the gazebo lawn and a detached bridal suite. No other event on site. All-in pricing, published on our site: Micro Wedding (5 hrs) from $1,250 weekdays / $2,250 Saturdays; Full Day Wedding (12 hrs, rehearsal hour included) from $1,800 / $3,500. No service fee, no required caterer, no vendor fee. BYOB with a TABC bartender. Ceremony under the gazebo or by the cottage fireplace; dinner and dancing on the deck. The cottage seats about 60 inside and the deck seats 100, comfortable for up to 100 guests. Included: 100 clear Chiavari chairs, 60 white folding chairs, 16 tables, kitchenette, two restrooms with shower. Reserve with 25% down, balance over six months. Private tours by appointment, weekday evenings and weekends.
