Our free shuttle covers a three-mile radius and John Wayne Airport, and we're 10 miles from coastal leisure at Laguna Beach. Host your next successful event in our versatile function space, We offer over 4,000 square feet of dynamic, flexible event areas, managed by our dedicated on-site planning team. Within this total space, you will find nine flexible rooms, including a grand ballroom that can comfortably accommodate up to 330 guests. For guest convenience, we provide a complimentary shuttle service covering a three-mile radius and transfers to John Wayne Airport. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a warm cookie, and can relax and unwind in our heated outdoor pool and whirlpool. Our goal is to provide a seamless and sophisticated setting for your perfect event.

Excellent All Around
We had an amazing experience celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday! A big THANK YOU to Noel, Victor, Julie and the entire team for all their hard work in making this milestone celebration so memorable! The venue was perfect, the food was delicious and everyone had a wonderful time! It was such a pleasure working with Noel. She was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered great recommendations and went above and beyond to address last minute issues. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning an event!

We had such a beautiful experience celebrating our wedding at the Double Tree Irvine Spectrum. From beginning to end, everything felt elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. Our poolside ceremony was absolutely beautiful and provided such a lovely setting for our special day. The cocktail hour that followed was equally impressive, with an elegant atmosphere and amazing appetizers that our guests truly enjoyed. The reception was stunning. The ballroom was beautifully prepared with up lighting, elegant linens and gorgeous table settings, creating exactly the sophisticated atmosphere we had hoped for. The buffet was beautifully presented, and the entire celebration flowed wonderfully from the ceremony through the reception. The guest rooms were elegant, stylish, and sophisticated, with a modern, upscale feel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were also delighted to see our wedding featured on the digital displays at the front desk and throughout the hotel. It was such a thoughtful and special touch! Our guests and wedding party loved taking photos with our image on the displays and were genuinely impressed. It made everyone feel welcomed and added such a personal, memorable touch to our wedding celebration. What made the experience especially memorable was working with Noel. Noel was conscientious, highly professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire process. I always felt comfortable, cared for, and confident that our wedding was in good hands. Evelyn was also so professional and supported all we needed for our special day. That level of personal attention meant so much to us. Our wedding day was incredibly special, and we are so grateful to Noel and the Double Tree Irvine Spectrum team for helping make it such a beautiful and memorable celebration. Amazing Venue
We recently hosted our son's baptism reception at the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine - Spectrum, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. Noel, in particular, made the entire planning process incredibly easy and was beyond helpful. Her coordination took so much of the stress off my shoulders, allowing us to actually enjoy the celebration. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how amazing the service was and how delicious the food tasted. We would definitely recommend this venue to all of our friends and family for their special events!
