Events by Sun Coast Travel specializes in destination cruise weddings, with particular expertise in MSC Cruises and Ocean Cay weddings. We are a cruise wedding planning and travel team—not the owner or operator of the cruise line or wedding venues. Since coordinating our first Ocean Cay wedding in June 2022, our family-owned team has helped more than 50 couples celebrate destination cruise weddings and vow renewals, with more than 30 additional celebrations already scheduled through 2028. From the Ocean Cay Wedding Pavilion to beautiful onboard celebrations, our Certified Wedding Planners and Travel Advisors help couples bring all the pieces together. We assist with wedding planning, cruise reservations, group travel, guest accommodations and the many details that go into creating an unforgettable wedding at sea. An Experience I would do time and time again.
We didn't end up having our wedding due to personal circumstances, but Events by Sun Coast made such an impact on us that I still think about them every day. From our first conversation, their communication was clear and easy to follow—they answered every question we had and kept us informed every step of the way. They held our hand through the entire planning process, which meant so much during a difficult time. The pricing was fair and transparent, and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Their genuine support and kindness showed us they truly cared about our special day, not just the business side of things. I would absolutely recommend Events by Sun Coast to anyone planning a destination cruise wedding.

Stress free wedding
Stress free wedding… I know you don’t typically hear the words stress free when it comes to weddings. However I do know that the Sun Coast Travel team made ours seamless and perfect. She took care of all of our needs, wants and wishes. I’m a very type A person and love everything planned out and organized. If I had a question or concern, she was always one step ahead. I promise reaching out to her and her team for help navigating a destination wedding will be the best thing you will do. Take it from someone who has been around the wedding industry for years. I would hands down, hire them again and would renew my vows every year on the beautiful island of Ocean Cay if I was able to! Message her!

Wedding celebration onboard the MSC Seashore
We recently had our wedding celebration onboard the MSC Seashore and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nazy and Stephanie from Events by Sun Coast. From the very beginning, they made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Every detail, from coordinating with the cruise line, booking travel for our guests, and handling all the paperwork, was handled with care and professionalism. The MSC Seashore was a stunning venue — beautiful views, elegant spaces, and plenty of activities for our guests to enjoy. Thanks to their expertise, our friends and family were able to enjoy a seamless vacation while we celebrated our special day. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding cruise — their attention to detail, responsiveness, and personal touch made our wedding an absolute dream.

Best cruise wedding ever !
We recently used Suncoast Travel to plan our MSC cruise wedding, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process. Every detail—from the cruise itinerary, Group Booking to coordinating with the wedding staff onboard—was handled flawlessly. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting.
