Breathtaking Views
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to get married than Forbidden Lake Farms! From the moment I toured the venue, I knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The waterfront views are absolutely breathtaking and made our special day even more beautiful than we could have imagined! Julie, Dan, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were so helpful, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. Having a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond makes such a difference when planning one of the most important days of your life, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us! If you’re looking for a beautiful wedding venue with stunning waterfront views and an incredible team who will help make your day special, I cannot recommend Forbidden Lake Farms enough!

The most beautiful venue
Forbidden Lake Farm was the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. From the moment we first visited, we knew the breathtaking lakefront setting was exactly what we'd been dreaming of. Julie and the owner truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and their flexibility throughout the planning process made all the difference. They were incredibly accommodating when we needed to set up early and work through the little things that matter, ensuring everything came together exactly as we'd hoped. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the stunning venue and how seamlessly the day flowed. We can't recommend Forbidden Lake Farm highly enough.

Forbidden Lake Farm is an exceptional wedding venue that I've had the pleasure of working with. I wish 5 stars wasn't the limit, I'd give 10 if I could! Our wedding at Forbidden Lake Farms was everything we dreamed of and more. The two of us with our families beside a serene lake, surrounded by nature’s beauty, the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. The evening air was calm, the sky glowing with soft golden hues, and the lake mirrored it all—creating a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and celebration which was planned relatively quickly! One of the biggest highlights was the bridal house, an on-site Airbnb that absolutely blew us away. It was not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Getting ready there felt like a luxury experience, and it added a personal, cozy touch to the whole day. We can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Forbidden Lake Farms. Every single person went above and beyond (including the owners) to make sure the day ran smoothly. They were attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. The venue itself is a hidden gem with beautiful wildflowers (that we picked for our wedding), and grounds that were meticulously maintained. We were lucky to find it early and save money by booking a 2025 date, which made the experience even sweeter. It’s clear this is a place where unforgettable memories are made. If you're considering a wedding surrounded water, we highly recommend Forbidden Lake Farms. It was the perfect place to begin our forever.
