Fox Meadow Barn is the the only event venue in Winchester, VA that will offer year round event rentals gatherings with climate control and plumbing amenities and the ability to be in an secluded field in the rustic atmosphere of a barn with exclusively your friends and family. Couples will have the luxury of a hotel, Walmart, Sheetz, 7-11, historic downtown Winchester which are all within a 2 mile radius. Services include, but are not limited to, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, work retreats, and essentially any gathering of people.     Beautiful. Humble. Thoughtful.

    Fox Meadow is a very well managed and well designed venue. For your wedding Fox Meadow Barn offers an elegant property with a simple, humble, and beautiful building. The bones of the architecture are simply stunning on their own. And the beauty of how it has been intentionally built allows for it to suit so many different people! Dixie's management is clear on the standards for the venue which made it so we knew exactly how to best steward the barn and weren't asking many questions on the day of the wedding. We loved how responsive she was with communication and encouraging of independence. I also loved that the venue works so well for indoor and outdoor activities. If it had rained on our wedding day I wasn't worried at all with how we would do the ceremony or host during the reception. The paved accessibility really helped some of my guests too. Overall, the venue is beautiful and graciously flexible (within reason) to meet your individual needs to make your wedding day go smoothly and to provide a beautiful place to celebrate!

    We love this place!!

    From start to finish, Fox Meadow Barn at Cloverdale Farm exceeded our expectations. Dixie and her family were incredible to work with—they kept us in the loop every step of the way and always asked what we needed. The venue itself is stunning with spacious grounds and views that took our breath away. What really impressed us was their willingness to help us decorate and the inventory they have available in the back, which gave us so many options to make the space our own. The service throughout our wedding day was outstanding, and we felt truly taken care of. We cannot recommend this venue enough to couples looking for a beautiful, well-run space for their wedding.

    The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding Day!

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at this venue! The space was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for our special day. Dixie was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated all of her support. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and highly recommend this venue to any couple planning their wedding!

    Fox Meadow Barn

    Fox Meadow Barn is gorgeous!! We had our wedding there & had the most perfect day. The venue itself is gorgeous without decoration. Dixie, the owner is also great & very responsive. We didn’t have any problems at all with this venue!!!!

    Beautiful Venue

    Absolutely beautiful and elegant barn! 10/10 recommend for any and all special occasions. Beyond grateful for the excellent communication and accommodations from the owner Dixie. She was so wonderful to work with and very understanding with any and all concerns I had. She was quick to come to a solution when needed.

I know it is not the answer you want but send us an email we truly do not give our clients a single surprise. Our rates change in certain months and we also have numerous weekday weddings every year. We also have Cloverdale Barn which is even more affordable.
