About this venue
Our venue has almost a century of history; from a past president frequenting it for hunting, to lifting moonshine through the floor, onto being an assumed Russian spy camp, we enjoy finding out the history of our property! While the building has been around for almost a century ,it has only been a wedding and event venue for the last seven years, since opening we have hosted more than 600 events. Our venue features 24 inch thick walls, shell rock and ivy walls, original 1932 doors, along with original Casino Beach 13 foot vintage wood bar, it is sure to wow coupes who are seeking an outdoor event with a historic touch.

With cafe lighting and a covered patio, events feel as if they are at home rather than surrounded by the busy city. With six acres of land and being close to the lake, the property is covered in greens, tall trees and beautiful views!

Magical!
From the moment we started planning, Hidden Gardens Event Venue made everything simple and stress-free through clear communication and timely responses to our questions. The space itself is gorgeous and worked perfectly for our small wedding of 50 people, creating exactly the intimate setting we wanted. Shelly, our day-of coordinator, handled every detail with such professionalism that we were able to truly enjoy our celebration without worrying about anything. The whole experience felt magical and dreamy, from the way the venue looked to how seamlessly the day unfolded. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us create our special day. Highly recommend Hidden Gardens to any couple looking for a breathtaking venue with a staff that genuinely cares.

Incredible venue
I just got married here in late September 2026 and I can’t say enough good things about this venue. The grounds are stunningly beautiful and quiet, the house itself is a vintage dream and Shelly, the venue owner, is incredibly easy to work with. The bridal suite is HUGE and has 6 different individual vanity set ups. 20/10 experience! Pro tip: go with the BBQ her husband does for your dinner. Best chicken I’ve had in ages!

Amazing and STUNNING Venue
I cannot recommend booking with Hidden Gardens Venue enough! Shelly is incredible to work with and knows what she's doing. I felt so at peace on wedding day because she was there for every step along the way and was always available for any questions I had throughout the planning process. She is truly so kind and helpful. We truly could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning and our pictures turned out wonderfully because of how beautiful the venue and landscaping are. Many of our guests found the history of the venue to be so fascinating!

Best Day EVER!
Our wedding at Hidden Gardens Event Venue was exactly what we dreamed of for our enchanted garden theme. Shelly was fantastic to work with from start to finish—she was always punctual with responses and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions. The space itself is absolutely beautiful with tons of greenery and charmingly historic details that made our day feel magical. When we arrived, the venue was spotless and the team had already set up all the chairs and tables for our reception, so we could focus on enjoying the moment. We couldn't have asked for a better setting or more supportive staff. We'd recommend Hidden Gardens to any couple looking for a garden venue.

10/10 Venue and Owner!
Our wedding day was absolutely stunning thanks to the lovely venue, but more importantly the lovely owner. Shelly took on more than what was in our contract and was such a huge help. She was always available for questions and her experience was invaluable. Her opinion is spot on, and she has a kind heart! She went above and beyond. The venue is maintained well, the included decorations are gorgeous, and you can feel the care taken in everything as you walk around the building and grounds. We have no complaints and can safely recommend this venue and owner to anyone looking for a beautiful place to have their wedding.
