An Exceptional Wedding Experience!
From the very beginning of the planning process, nearly a year in advance, to the wedding weekend itself, our experience was nothing short of exceptional! Our initial meeting with Cynthia Chavez immediately gave us confidence that we had chosen the perfect venue. Derek Ovall was flexible with options. Wendy Bouma, followed by event manager Mike Blanchard, impressed us with their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to keep every aspect of the planning process organized. They patiently answered our many questions and made the entire experience feel seamless. Mike was incredibly responsive to all of our emails and had every single detail covered leading up to the day. We also had our own day-of wedding planner, and the Hotel Renegade team worked beautifully with her in the weeks leading up to the celebration. The reception space itself was beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. We had approximately 125 guests, and the space comfortably accommodated everyone while still allowing plenty of room for our dance floor. The team did an incredible job coordinating with all of our vendors, including our florist, draping team, and DJ, to ensure everything came together seamlessly. We also hosted cocktail hour on the patio, which was absolutely stunning in September and provided a beautiful setting for our guests to mingle and enjoy the evening. The food and drinks were exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was delicious, from the cocktail hour appetizers to our reception dinner and cocktails. We also hosted a brunch the following morning, and the food was incredible! Every meal exceeded our expectations, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Hotel Renegade truly made the entire weekend feel special, and the quality of the food and service was outstanding throughout. One of the most special touches was the beautiful gift the team gave us on our wedding morning. They also decorated our suite, creating such a thoughtful and memorable start and end to our wedding day. These personal touches made us feel so celebrated and cared for during such a meaningful time in our lives. On the wedding day itself, everything felt completely seamless. I genuinely didn't notice any issues or concerns throughout the celebration because the team had everything so well organized and under control. We were able to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment with our family and friends without worrying about the logistics behind the scenes. The banquet setup and serving staff were attentive, efficient, and wonderful throughout the reception. The front desk team was equally exceptional all weekend long. A special thank-you to Tyler and the many others whose names I wish I had remembered. Every interaction reflected the same warmth, professionalism, and commitment to hospitality. Suzi Humrich was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, handling our many questions regarding guest rooms. Nearly 90% of our wedding guests traveled from out of town, many staying at Hotel Renegade. Having so many of our guests stay at the hotel made the weekend even more special and convenient. We received so many compliments about the beautiful hotel, the guest rooms, and the overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Renegade to any couple looking for a venue that goes above and beyond to make their wedding truly special!

Absolutely wonderful!
Hotel Renegade made the wedding planning process so much easier for me! They provide so much, and I didn't need to find nearly as many vendors as I would have otherwise. I wanted somewhere I wouldn't have to worry about set up and all the little things, and they delivered! Mike was great to work with and gave such helpful insight and recommendations. The venue itself is beautiful. All my guests kept telling me how much they loved it! The views are gorgeous, and the food was delicious. I felt very taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a more magical day!

The Perfect Place for Our Wedding!
We had such an amazing experience having our wedding at Hotel Renegade. From the planning process all the way through the wedding day, we felt incredibly taken care of. Mike was truly amazing to work with. He met with us several times throughout the planning process and was always quick to respond and willing to talk through any question or concern I had. We met in person, over Zoom, emailed, had phone calls, whatever I needed. He is extremely organized and always made it really straightforward what we still needed to do, which made the whole planning process feel so much less overwhelming. He also took extra care to make sure our guest in a wheelchair and other guests who needed additional assistance were comfortable and taken care of, which meant a lot to us. I knew I wanted our wedding to feel elevated, chic and modern, and that is exactly what we got. We were able to have our ceremony outside under the Cupola, which I absolutely loved, stayed outside for cocktail hour and then move inside for the reception. The ballroom was beautiful, and one of my favorite things about the Renegade was that I didn't feel like I needed to bring in my own decor to make the space feel complete. We used their table numbers, centerpieces, signage and other decor, and it all came together beautifully. It was so nice not having to spend my time and money sourcing every little detail myself. The food was great as well, and we had such a good experience with our tasting. We got to meet with the head chef and bring my parents with us, which made that part of the planning process really special. Our guests also had great things to say about the food. On the wedding day, Mike and Angel were both there and were incredibly attentive and responsive. If there were any issues happening behind the scenes, I genuinely had no idea. Everything just happened when it was supposed to, and they made it look easy. They also thought of so many little things throughout the day. They had drinks waiting for us, made sure we were taken care of, and even had extra food and champagne waiting in our room at the end of the night. Those little details made us feel really special. I really can't say enough good things about our experience, and so much of that is thanks to Mike. The Renegade gave us exactly the type of wedding we wanted, and Mike, Angel and the rest of the team made it possible for us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. We would absolutely choose the Renegade again!

Flawless !
Working with Mike B. at Hotel Renegade was an absolute dream from start to finish. He thought of every detail and stayed late so he could be there to greet our guests before the ceremony, which set the tone for an incredible day. When my dress had an emergency, the staff literally ran to my room to help, and they were there for me during an emotional family moment too. Everything felt effortless on our wedding day, from the setup to the final send-off. The whole team was so organized and caring that we felt completely taken care of. Hotel Renegade is worth every penny and we couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Left Sad and Disappointed
I would love to give them 5 stars, but the service fell beyond short. My meetings and conversations with their team before the event to both myself, my parents, the groom and our wedding coordinator made us feel like we were in fantastic hands. After my wedding, I was in tears with how it went. They told us they had mobile bars and security, by several team members, they did not and said no one ever told any of us that. The groom had to kick people out. A waiter spilled a tray of full Champagne all over the Mother of the Bride and he was very apologetic, but the hotel team did not even care she was soaked and dress was ruined halfway through the day. They were sneaky, cut corners, and rude on the day of. As a professional meeting planner, I would never take a client there. Do not be fooled by the flashy new hotel and beautiful view.
