About this venue
Beautiful 5000 sq. ft. wedding barn with indoor heating and air conditioning. Our property includes an outdoor pavilion space connected to the barn for those couples who wish to have their ceremony outside and reception indoors. Rainy wedding day? That’s no issue! We have enough seating for 200 guests and include table linens and use of our in house decorations for free with your venue rental.

Our event venue is 5000 sq. ft. with indoor heating and air conditioning with newly poured and stamped front patio and walkway! With two floors of space, your guests will love being able to spread out and socialize with other guests and family. We have both a bridal suite and a groom suite for everyone to get ready in their own areas if they wish! Weather will be no issue with our covered outdoor pavilion for rain and built in fans to keep you and your guests cool on those hot summer days.

Weekday Package
Your choice of two weekdays (Monday-Thursday) with venue access from 8am - 10pm for both days. This package can also be adjusted to a single or partial day rental - please inquire about this special pricing.

Sunday Package
Full day venue access from 8am - 10pm. Tables, chairs, tablecloths included. We provide a two hour window during the week (Monday-Thursday) for a rehearsal.

Picture Perfect
Shelby and her husband have been a dream to work with! Not only is the venue beautiful and super convient with everything in one spot, but you can tell the owners love this space. Shelby was quick to answer questions via text or email ever since we booked, which helped not only me but my vendors as well. On the day we arrived they were on time and did everything possible to fulfill every request, I really felt it was important to them for my day to be perfect! The decoration closet was EXTENSIVE and made it possible to fill in a few blanks that I had forgotten, like a sign for the guest book! You could create a beautiful wedding with all the things in there, or use them to compliment your own decorations. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Barn was clean and they had some added details up for our wedding. It was easy for the vendors to find, set up, and clean up.

I’ve worked multiple weddings at I Do at the Barn in Richmond, and all have been so smooth! Shelby is great to work with and has so much to offer at the barn! There is so much decor available to use and the barn itself is very nice!

I Do at The Barn
From the first time we toured I Do at The Barn, the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They made the planning process so easy and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. The venue itself is an absolute fairytale - cozy, romantic, and the perfect setting for our dream wedding. Even when a major storm rolled in during our reception (Hurricane Helene!), the staff jumped into action to get us a generator so we never lost power. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and more. We're so grateful to have found this hidden gem of a venue!

Fantastic location
Great location to work with! As a photographer I am always worried about weather, luckily this location has a covered location for outdoor ceremonies and indoor reception!
